There doesn't seem to be any way to respond to your reply so I'll just leave it here.
While I appreciate the offer of a new terminal it's an offer I won't take you up on, I can't help feel that this it is too little too late and a face saving exercise from your company. I've had a lot of communication with your company [name] regarding my contract and upgrading my terminal and was told in no uncertain terms that you would not alter any part of the contract without a significant upgrade fee as I had already 'agreed' to a new 1 year contract and even if I had called a few days earlier, 30 days before my 3 year agreement expired instead of 20 days, I would still have needed to pay the fee and sign a new 36 month contract rather than the 12 months offered on your website.
It seems all to easy to make an offer on here after a poor review when the situation could and should been handled better when I initially contacted you or at the very least made by contacting me personally, I assume you get to see the details I was asked to supply to trustpilot when leaving this review.

They may seem a great company to deal with at first, as you can see from some of the other reviews, but don鈥檛 be fooled. They are just another company happy to give you good service until they have you tied to a contract then couldn鈥檛 care less. They have a very short sighted way of dealing with their customers that will come back to bite them.
All seems great when I signed up 3 years ago, the salesman came to us and everything sounded great the rates were good, we only need to sign up to a 12 month contract etc. so we signed up there and then. After the first year with intermittent problems with the machine not getting a signal at our busiest times and working well at the quiet times we decided that it was more hassle than it was worth and phoned up to cancel, but was told that I was on a 36 month contract and not a 12 month as was sold to me. I accept that I should have checked the small print, but I didn鈥檛 and accepted that I was partly to blame even though I was lied to and moved on.
After using the terminal for another two years, still causing problems at peak times, it started to accept payments without authorisation codes given by the card issuer. When I first reported the problem I was advised to take it up with Elavon, which I did, they passed me back to PDQ Payments Limited (cardprocessing.co.uk) who told me to contact verifone. Anyway after a few weeks of buck passing the final answer was I shouldn鈥檛 have given the customer the goods that they had paid for, because the there was no authorisation code on the receipt, but did say thanks your payment has been accepted or whatever it says. Yep that鈥檚 going to end well, but again I accepted that I had lost out and moved on.
Now my initial 36 month contract is due to expire on the 5 December 2014 so I contacted them to either change our contract or cancel. The first call ended with me being told that I had to give them 30 days鈥?notice and since it was a week or so late I was tied into a further 12 months contract and the couldn鈥檛 change the agreement (all written in the small print on the contract I signed 3 years ago) Now I鈥檓 stuck with this temperamental machine, unless I pay a large upgrade fee, and have been told that even if I had called in on time to cancel I would have had to sign a new 36 month contract and pay the upgrade fee even though they are promising 12 month contracts, no set up fees and lower rates to new customers on their own website.
Oh and just one more thing I noticed in the small print 拢150 for them to take back your terminal after your contract has expired, so I look forward to another hefty bill to give them their machine back.

The rep that came to see me, Debs, was polite and understanding, I didn't feel forced into anything and the pricing seemed better than the banks. She knew all the ins and outs and explained everything to me in simple, clear terms. I decided to use the quote to shop around and see if there was anything cheaper available. After several calls to various Chip & Pin providers I went back to Debbie and signed with her as I struggled to find a more competitive price or better service. Upon receiving my terminal, a GPRS mobile machine, I called the office to get it set up and the service was top drawer! Up and running within minutes. Now all my customers pay on card, which saves me time going to the bank and I know the funding is cleared at point of sale. No jobs started without payment anymore! This device has made my working life a lot simpler and am very happy with the level of service and the cost of the machine I have with Cardprocessing.co.uk.
Have already recommend them to my friends that are in business. Give them a call and see what they can do for your business.

Edit to reply to your reply…..Why should calling you now help me out, it sure as hell did not when I called asking for help with becoming PCI compliant, you didn't want to know and instead charged me 拢17 per month for the pleasure, Your reply to this review is purely to try and make out you care, you even tried to have this review removed, I had to prove to Trustpilot that I had done business with you, as the title says, "Sharks", end of.
Edit 2….. And still you keep invoicing me for an account closed almost 2 months ago, how the hell you are still in business baffles me, oh, I know, you are because you keep screwing people out of money, shame on you .

Got a quote and signed up online via their website, was accepted, received merchant account bank details and x2 card processing machines within a week.
Really happy with level of service which was put to the test when one of our card machines went down at a busy time of the year for us. Support service kicked in and was up and away again WITHIN HOURS even though I was told might take a day to resolve. Highly recommended purely to the fact that they exceeded expectations, up until now.

Had no worthwhile issues to flag up. I switched for the better rates and lower card machine fees which will save me just under 拢1k this year.

This company was easily found via a Google search for 'card processing' and when I compared to the competitors, it was much easier to find out exactly how much I'd pay due to their online quote and signup process and not having to call, or request a call back.
Highly recommended.

Like Hammerite paint, they do exactly as it says on the tin. As a small business owner, the most important thing I look for when contracts are involved is that it can be the shortest possible length and that, in these circumstances, the card processing rates don't cut too far in to my profit margins.
Furthermore, I LOVE their upfront approach – all pricing is upfront on their website and you don't have to wait for a call back before you get the vital info you need; how much it will cost.
So far, one happy customer.
