Awful company and owner. Utterly callous, immature, rud, and unpleasant. Quite the opposite of understanding and acts out in anger driven bouts. Canceled all my orders because he was too immature to send more than one email regarding my orders.
*HE IS HARD TO CONTACT AND DOESNT ALLOW REFUNDS LIKE HES UPSET AND WANTS TO SPITE YOU* has literally told me he doesn't refund, so not trustworthy in that sense.
He often would interact with customers on his facebook in a blunt/rude way but I figured it was just a language thing. Nope, dudes a Grade A Franco D*ck.
