Excell Construction (now Cardon Property and Construction) willingly went into administration owing sub contractors over 拢800,000. Even when the two directors knew they couldn鈥檛 pay they still had the sub contractors working for them with the promise of getting paid.

Excell liquidated and the week after that the two directors are trading again as: Cardon Property and Construction. Like nothing had happened.

Bad habbits and I would not recommend working with them

Two scammers that have left our company with unpaid invoices.
They asked us to do the work end delayed the payments on purpose till they went into liquidation.
People acting like this should be behind bars and their wealth confiscated.

They also took us for 拢45,000 they said they hadn鈥檛 been paid by the client when in fact they had I can鈥檛 stress enough to sub contractors and Clients to stay away from these thieving low life鈥檚.

They personally owe us 拢30k. Made us work and keep installing windows and doors for their Tipton project and kept making excuses that the client has not paid them and they will pay us as soon as they get paid. We called the clients who advised that Excell Construction had been paid for our work. Once we confronted them with this and sent Told them that we will be taking them to court then they called me and promised that once I install the main entrance they will pay the same day and I am glad that I didn鈥檛 as I could see their intentions, now they liquidated and ran with peoples money who had worked hard for them for weeks.
To any new or existing subcontractors or clients wishing to do business with this firm I advise you to avoid at all cost as the 2 directors are theives and will not think twice about your project or paying what they owe.
The two directors are thieves and scumbags and have only come back to rob someone as they are good for nothing. These people should be behind bars.

Cardon Property & Construction / Cardon Construction Ltd based in Albert Street, Manchester M30 OBG is a sister company of Excell construction that has now gone into voulentary Liquidation owing subcontractors and hmrc approx 拢1.2 million.
They personally owe us 拢40k. Made us work through xmas to get a new Lidl up and running. Kept聽making excuses that Lidl had not paid them so we rang Lidl direct. They had infact been paid.
Once we confronted them with this and sent baliffs to the same offices that they are trading from now they liquidated and ran with peoples money who had worked hard for them for over 6 weeks.
