A very good treadmill. I have been using gym quality treadmills for over 25 years now and while this one is made for home use it is excellent. The Treadmill I purchased was the the 鈥淣ightTrain鈥?(an all black version of the "Breakfree" as shown on website). I am very happy with the treadmill. It is good quality, and has an LCD display which shows all functionality – which program you are on, time spent, speed, incline, heart rate, calories burned and distance. There is a small fan and also speakers to plug your phone into, which work well – they have a good sound to them. The heart rate monitor handles feel nice in the hand and are accurate. It has simple controls on the dashboard and easy up and down buttons for speed and incline on console and handlebars. If you select a Program and the speeds and or inclines are not to your liking you can very quickly and easily change the setting with buttons on the handlebars- so even if it puts you into a full jog or run, you can easily change the setting back to a speed you like before that takes effect. Of course you can leave it on P0 ('no set program' and adjust your settings as you please). There are 2 x cup holders and 1 x phone ledge on console. The incline can go from 0 鈥?15%. The speeds are from 0.8km/hr – 12km/hr. There is a gas lift strut for when you want to fold it up. The wheels work well and I found it very easy to wheel through the house. It is fairly quiet to run ie I can easily listen to a podcast via the phone speaker while using the treadmill (at walking pace). There is some cushioning underfoot. It comes with 1 bottle of lubrication for the treadmill to apply before first use. The manual has lots of useful info including stretches, exercising tips, heart rate zones but is missing exactly where to apply lubrication (I looked it up on YouTube). Also assembly instructions show that you need to connect the lower wire to the upper wire but miss explicitly putting that step in the assembly instructions. Thank you Noel from the warehouse for this vital information. Program 1 does not resemble what is shown in the manual for Program 1 in the manual. All in all a great machine, you will be happy with it I'm sure. I give the machine 5 stars but take away half a star just for some manual instructions that lack full clarity. I really love this treadmill!!! I love the ease of being able to exercise whenever I want, regardless of weather, UV ratings, uneven footpaths, and personal safety. I have rolled and broken my ankle several times due to uneven public footpaths so now having a safe flat surface for my feet is vital and I don't have to worry – plus exercising on a cushioned treadmill is much better than concrete. Showroom sales staff were always polite. It was quick and easy to talk to them via the chat window. I highly recommend this treadmill.

I must say this treadmill is a very good workout machine. Ordered a Breakfree treadmill and that was a superb experience. Customer service, equipment and delivery all were excellent.
