Cardiagtool is BAD company, I bought bought DAF VCI lite from them, three months later device failed. I contacted them and they asked me to ship back for repair, I did it. They received my device since April, once received they don't response my e-mail, WhatsApp until today. Find below FEDEX tracking number 812316631064 everyone can have a look.
Bad company after getting your money be sure they don't provide you any support.

Buy from them because they will ship from UK and no additional taxes but they send from China and I have 30% additional taxes. Don't answer on email. No communication with them.

Buy one lexia 3 from it, work good.

Cardiagtool.co.uk don't take responsibility for it. They don't answer my emails correct.
They want me to send it back. That's alright with me, but it cost about 160$ for me. I can't make them understand that. They should pay for the return not me.
This is the worst company in the world. Do newer buy anything from them. All they do is taking your money.

Paid to get device with extra programs and never got it.. Now would not even answer to emails – Skype etc.. Paid 220鈧?extra.. And not even sure that device will work as I need Windows 7 version from program.. DON*T BUY..!! I have said that I change my review as soon I get program, but let's see how it goes..

I have bought off cardiag a few times, i even won a lexia 3 in their christmas competition, any questions are answered promptly, items sent are tracked or at least when i have bought off them its been tracked, always cautious when buying from another country but no problems with this company.

here is my feedback. today finally reached my x431 pro v + 3 and I say to you is the best diagnostics machine that ever worked. already worked with many bosch, texa, marelli, Tecnotest but this surpasses tudo.rapidez full check up soon to start aid among other functions even diabolical, I have no words to describe it. now my feedback cardiag, exelents in service availability so worth it. my stars are ten to x431 v + pro 3 and cardiag of professionals. recommend thanks cardiag 10STARS FOR CARDIAG AND MACHINE

Like many people, I am always wary buying from Chinese sources, especially a fairly high price item. It gave some comfort being able to pay using PayPal, but you are never quite sure. However, I need not have worried, as the item was supplied quickly and efficiently, well packed, and delivered to me in 2 days by DHL.

I bought a Diagun 3 from Cardiag. The very attractive price and the download files I found on their website for an original X431 tool, made me decide to place an order with them.
During the ordering process I got good support from them as well as during the activation of my Diagun. The activation process at Launch took several days but I was comforted by Cardiag that everything would go well, and it did.
Next I wanted to have a back-up Micro SD card with all the software of the extensive list of cars. I didn't succeed to use an 8GB card for this; the original card is 1GB. Again I got quick support from Cardiag. Finally it became clear that the Diagun doesn't support Micro SD cards above 2GB. Using such a card for copying the soft was no problem. I tried the Diagun on my MGTF, Ford Fiesta and BMW and it works very well. I am very satisfied about the diagun 3 and Cardiag.

every time I contact them on skype I always get quick answers and help.
