Competitive pricing but slow to respond when contacted to inquire why my order had not arrived after three weeks. It took a full month to get my order because they never contacted me to confirm street address for shipping. When I received my order the wrong attachment was included. Still waiting for that to be resolved.

Cardiac Direct was really easy to work with. I purchased a spirometer and mouth pieces from Paul. The price was very reasonable and he discounted the mouth pieces for me. I would absolutely buy from them again.

EKG worked once and then a few minutes later gave error readings of missing leads even though nothing had changed. Another problem (for the 1 successful ecg) was the pdf print out of the ecg was different from the paper print out and the pdf was non standard display of leads.

Calls to tech support, customer support were not responded to for days until we finally reached the sales person who informed us to use the "tracking" extension to reach the manager Julio.

He agreed to refund my money including the return shipping (but not the original shipping). I even read back to him our agreement and he agreed. Did not hear from them for days after they rec'd it. When I finally reached him, he said they received no messages, the machine was fine and he only agreed to pay original but not returned shipping and I could expect refund in 3-5 days to my CC.

They was no refund for several weeks. Only after I filed a complaint with my CC company and all documentation did CD refund my original payment, but not the returned shipping.

I sent email to them of my documentation (screenshots, etc) of my multiple phone calls to them (which they denied receiving) with date, time & length of calls. They never responded.

My advice: Use at your own risk. I will never deal with this company again.

Great experience, the product was exactly as stated and they gave a few additional BP cuffs for larger patients at no additional charge.

Was able to talk to a sales rep and find just what I was looking for. One note, I had found 2 demo monitors on the website that I was interested in purchasing, but neither was available, so I'm not sure how often their website is updated. Definitely helps to call to check current inventory, particularly on demo or refurbished monitors.

Cheap price but don't expect service. Machine itself works well. When a representative promises something – by email – we expect it. I was promised 2x by Max but he failed to deliver.

I purchase a refurbished stress EKG system that came without a manual, I had few issues with it and have tried to get help from Cardiac direct. the customer service was very bad the guy who is supposed to give advies kept promise to call, expect for one call that was not enough, he would not follow up despite leaving many messages. the device is still sitting in the office useless.

It took us WEEKS to receive our order of EKG paper. We had to inquire about the delay, only to be told they had forgotten to tell us it was out of stock. We needed the paper ASAP, and, had to order from another company. Anyone we talked to were unsympathetic. Will not order again from this company.
