Booking through CarDel has been positive from begining to end. The booking process was easy and I found all information I needed.

At the local rental firm, everything went incredibly smooth as well, and the service was excellent.

When getting my car, I found everything in order – exactly as I ordered.
No issues during the rental period, and returning the car was easy as a breeze and the cost in the end was according to the initial order.

Why I had to pay for something I did not order? That what happened with interrent Portugal . The assume that all their cars are equipped with the toll collection device. But your home page is not updated with this info when I ordered the car, rather it was my choice to select the toll device or not! I hope this will be corrected by paying me back the rent for the toll collection device.

We rented a car with the full insurance from Car del Mar, but when we arrived at the Golden car office in Ciampino they insisted that it is complicated to get money back from Car del ar in case of accident and you ahve to have all the documents and proof and if you don't nothing will happen…so in the end we felt forced to pay againa full insurance with them, which became very expensive. They also give you a full tank that you have to return empty…we did not have to drive too much so the 87 euros for the gasoline became a present to Golden car. This formula is really unfriendly and just a way to make you pay more, we will most likely not do this again

I booked a car when I was flying with Norwegian to Palma ( Wifi on board). When I arrived to the car rental at the airport 3 hours later they had not recieved my booking. I booked another car with the same company. I sent an e-mail to CarDelMar to cancel my first booking and asked for my money back but the only answer I got was that I didn麓t cancel in time and that they would keep my money.
Lot麓s of badwill and I will never use your services again.

I want to express my opinions about shameless sale. When I came to Denver 5 PM on March 8, it was sunshine and a few degrees below zero. The representative of Dollars office asked me where I was going to drive, I said that we should go to Winter Park. He said it is not possible to drive with the car I booked because it's snow storm and there will be 20 to 24 inches snow in the next 2 to 3 hours. He wanted to offer a 4 wheel drive car with an allowance of $ 300. I said it's just too much and after some discussions, we agreed on an allowance of $ 150. He printed the payment amount for my card and when the addition ended of $ 943. I was upset and asked why he had done this. He replied that he had taken $ 150 per day according to what we agreed. I replied that he would leave out the car I originally ordered so I can stay in Denver over night and check with our destination if we can travel up on Saturday instead. Then the seller said that his boss heard our discussion and they feel there irresponsible to go with a standard front-wheel drive car in this season. I asked why they hire out front wheel drive cars in this season. I did not get a response to this but instead got another offer to rent a 4 wheel drive car for a supplement of $ 50 / day total of $ 250. They added some taxes and the supplement ended of $ 314.59. There is a limit even for me, so I accepted this and got a very fresh and nice Jeep and went away.
We went for 2.5 hours up into the mountains to the destination at about 3000 meters above sea level without having any snow, I was there totally 5 days and during that period we received total about 1 inch snow which melted during the day.
I have doubts about if you really want to have partnership with this type of company with additional sales through intimidation tactics and lies.
