NOT RELIABLE, NOT RESPONSIBLE

This is the second time that I have been using Cardelmar and I had a problem every single time.
The company is not taking responsibility for their own mistake, I ended up paying twice the car rental fee: once to cardelmar upon booking; once to Europcar. I did not get any refund from Cardelmar which did not take responsibility for their mistake.
When facing problem, all communication is done through e-mail; no possibility to talk directly to someone.
Stay away from this company.

Never use this site, I booked a car at Nice Airport, I went to there and they said we don't have cars and they don't help us!

You have in the title the evidence of how that company is managed:
– No service
– No consideration for customers
– Escaping discussions
I have all evidences at disposal to any lawyers or anyone is interested in

This service is really easy to use and any time I have had to call them on the phone to change or verify reservations they are always super nice and pleasant to talk to. They have great customer service and I will rent from them everytime I need to rent a car in France.

I received very old one, not maintained properly. No elec. power from cigar jack, broken side mirror, worn front widow wipers, ….

the car was what I was expecting. That was clean and in a good state. everything was easy and fast. I will book through car del mar for my upcoming rental in Miami and Hawaii.
