Appalling site! Charge dealers to get rid of reviews and monitor! Only interested in selling packages to car dealers so they capture their customers info and sell addons

Terrible review site. Make up the rules as they go along. We had a negative review left for our business from a malicious individual who did so on every review platform. All the other companies removed the reviews due to personal threats left in the feedback. Car dealer reviews decided against their own terms and conditions not to remove the feedback and only the threatening comments.
