I put in my info for mt Electronic GC and was told i needed to send in a physical GC. I DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL CARD! Within 24 hours CardCash zeroed my E card and never paid me. The site says pending,, Awaiting card. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL CARD! I am a disabled military veteran on a fixed income. This was supposed to feed my service dog! So now he gets my one meal a day. Left 5 emails in 72 hours, no response. Their 1800 number never picks up and gives 9-5 but no time zone.

Sent in a $15 Apple gift card and it only took a few days for it to get all the way across the country, processed, and paid! It was super easy and now my son has cash instead of a gift card he can't use. Will definitely use again in the future.

I sent in my gift cards 11 days ago and it's still says they haven't arrived yet. I've called several times and haven't been able to get any help.

I sold one e-giftcard on CardCash and was paid appropriately within about a week. In fact, they have some of the best rates for sellers among similar sites. However, I have been able to sell any additional giftcards because I can't pass CardCash's phone verification system. I am given a list of phone numbers to choose from, but none of them are mine. I appreciate their enhanced security, but there is no way to get around this and continue using the service.

Traded my Target gift card for a Speedway eGift card which they gave me only $17.15 for. My Target gift card had $20.04 on it. They subtract $3 from your exchanged card. CardCash would not help me get money back.

Happy to have found this treasure! The world needed a site like this to name it easy for trading unused or unwanted gift cards!

Awful website. A lot of these reviews are completely fake. Don't trust them. I came on the site to sell my $25 iTunes gift card. They offered my $16.50 for it which is already a low ball. I decided to sell them it anyways. They then charged me $1.00 from my bank card for a "verification fee". After charging me, they told me they could not accept my gift card because it is a digital code rather than a physical card. I will be taking legal action.

Great way to convert unwanted cards into something you can use. Only draw back is that you have to mail them the physical card(s). Process takes too long.

I sold an old gift card and was paid quickly! I received a sale price that was pretty reasonable as well.

Similar experience to many folks on here, had a large Remaining balance of my Stolen/used after my first use of card, I used ~$100 of a $600 card, balance was immediately used\transferred after my first purchase, which I discovered when I tried to use the remaining balance. Company did not assist or provide any resolution. I find it odd that so many people have the same experience, doesn't seem coincidental, stay away from this company.

Overall it was an easy, quick experience. Better than any other website I've used for trading in gift cards for cash. They pay out the most along with the fastest.

All very legit. Short wait time while the site administration verifies user's identity, and then the gift card's value, but altogether I'd say it was maybe 18 hours for my first gift card sale. I used it a second time, and the wait time was much shorter. Like a couple hours. Will definitely use again.

Giftcards are invalid

I was trying to sell my best buy gift cards worth $500 at cardcash.com. Cardcash.com says card is invalid and can not process the transaction. When I check my gift card balance in bestbuy.com it shows $500. That prooves Cardcash is wasting time of customers and their time too. I talked to customer service, they said they dont have control over that. what the website says is final. I purchased this giftcard as bonus to just sell at cardcash.

This company is terrible. Used their website to sell two unwanted $25 gift cards to the same store. Went through the extensive verification process including having them verifying email and phone number as well as two different credit cards. They said they would mail a check for $38.50. Sent me a confirmation email confirming that the check would be mailed but then three days later they send me another email saying that they have decided not to accept the sale and that their decision is final. No reason was given and they did not give any option to contact them via phone or email to discuss why the order was suddenly cancelled. Now they left me with two unwanted gift cards that cannot be gifted to someone else because their online verification process required me to remove the protective coating on the gift cards to give them the card numbers. Terrible company and will never make another sale or purchase with them again. Stay away and use a different website to sell gift cards. They will cancel your sale suddenly and with no reason and leave you with unusable gift cards.

Banned for fraud after purchasing gift a few gift cards, yet there's a link to purchase up to $10,000 a month. Called and emailed to get my account up and going but still denied. Horrible business practices!

We all have those gift cards that we will never use or have a balance on them that are just sitting around. I was able to sell my gift card to CardCash and had a choice of cash or they would give me a % more for another gift card. What a deal. You will not get 100% value for you gift card, but right now it is just sitting in a drawer. What are you waiting for? Go online and make some money $$

Not perfect, but a great way to score a little extra cash for any old gift cards you might have lying around. Would use again.

I've submitted about 5 gift cards now, and converted them to amazon gift cards. I've found it pretty easy and painless to do. My particular gift cards for Sephora were a fair trade. I got $25 for a $30 gift card.

No idea how this site is still in business. REjected almost all of my cards after mailing them in, they work fine. No issues. And they mailed them back to an address on file from 8 years ago and told me I was SOL.

7 days later after they said they've sent payment still no payment and only an automated response from email.
