I purchased a Gold Shield Car cover in September 2019 and the outer coating is already coming off. I contacted customer service and after 2 attempts was advised they would ship a new cover for $30 shipping fee. So when you think you are getting a free warranty THINK AGAIN

I got a car cover for my BMW. And every time I put the cover on my car I have to have it detailed. The cover would be all over my car. See them pictures they would replace it but I have to pay 30.00 for shipping. Why should I have to pay and the young man I talked to was very ugly to me on the phone. So don't deal with them.

Bought the Gold Shield Top of the line all weather protection lifetime warranty for my 2018 Mustang GT. Fit is awesome and for the first 8 months did what was intended to do, protect my car from the outside elements, but after that cover just dont work as advertised anymore when uncovering the car is full of a white powder dust sand like all over the car. I called and they replaced it with a new one but i had to paid $30 for shipping. Again after 9 months now it is happening again I contacted them and again they said i can get a replacement but i must pay $30. I said no and I want a refund, but they refused. I also asked them what will happen the next time and the response was I pay $30 for shipping and get another one. So unless you want to buy a cover that becimes faulty before a year and pay $39 than this is the cover for you. Cover is good at first but it is faulty please do not buy.

Ordered a Gold' level car cover for my classic 4×4 less than one year ago. I've only removed the cover twice in 11 months to start the vehicle and it's already tearing in several places, left rub marks in the paint at the corners of the vehicle, and has left disintegrating gray dust' everywhere (see pics). I asked them to send a replacement and explain why a 'lifetime' warranty product would degrade so quickly. In turn they asked me for a $30 shipping fee to send a new one under warranty. And there's the explanation…the product is actually worth less than $30 and they're just reselling you the same crappy cover over and over via a the 'warranty', at no real loss to them. Stay away and buy a better product from a better company.

This company is not worth buying from from unless you want to throw your money down the toilette. They say they have good quality covers and a lifetime warranty….Well my cover (which I purchased their highest quality/price didn't make it through nine months. IT DISINTEGRATED. I have contacted the company to replace the cover but they have never responded back. I called up their service Dept and they said they would get on it that day, but I have never heard back. I emailed their warranty Dept never heard back. I called up to speak with the manager, they said that he wasn't available and sent me to a voice mail that spoke only in French and would not accept voice mails, I happen to speak French.

Save your money don't buy anything from this outfit. I will have to sue them to get my money back.

Customer service sucks plain and simple. They claim they send confirmation emails and they don't nor emails with shipping info. When you question them about it they rudely accuse you of something going wrong with your email system. There is nothing wrong on my end. I have never had an issue with any company sending emails. They are suspicious because according to the BBB they don't have a street address. How clever. They ignore you when you try to have an online chat and ask certain questions they have no answer for. Hire a lawyer if need be but stay away from these dimwits.

We love this company. We have purchased three covers over the past year and they all fit like a glove. So impressed with their covers.
Customer service is excellent… highly recommended. I'm not a proxy, a real customer speaking the truth about this company.

2018 Mustang Convertible 5 layer cover fit perfectly.. Easy to get on. Just start with one of the mirror pockets. Work your way around the car. Like putting on a fitted sheet. Unscrew the antenna so you don't have to guess at where to punch the hole. Looks to be a great cover. Will be probably just used inside when the car is in storage. The bag it comes with could be a little larger but I got it in. Still 5 star!

Received cover. Fits good. Good quality. No problems there. However the cable and lock that are advertised as included with the cover didn't arrive.

6 months later, after numerous emails, and numerous assurances from them that the cable and lock would be sent out "today", it finally arrived. They offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture. 4 months later, after numerous emails it arrived as well.

Happy with the product, but probably will not be a repeat customer based on their inept customer service.

I had a problem with my cover it ripped within 3 months of having it. I contacted the warranty department and they replaced the cover immediately. Great service! I highly recommend this cover.

I have a camper shell on my truck, which most companies don't offer a cover for. i was lucky to find carcoverstoe.com who informed me that it wouldn't be a problem. I took his word since they offer a 30 day money back guarantee so there was not much risk to believe his statement. I'm writing this review tod y to inform you guys that if you have as hell or any modification on your truck this is the ocmany to go with. I have never had a cover that fits so well.

The shipping is surprisingly fast they advertise 3-6 business days it arrived in 2. Probably the fastest out there. As for the cover, the fabric is great, and offers excellent protection for your car. Dont hesitate in buying it. This cover is excellent.

my wife finally approved something i did, i purchased a cover for my wife about 6 months ago. she always mentions how satisfied she is with the fit of the cover and the fact that it is so easy to use. Thank you for such a great product will be spreading the word.

Takes very little time to put the car. What I usually do before storing my car is give it a good polish and after I place the cover on top. A couple of months later, I remove the cover and the paint is still looking like new. Waterproof and dust-resistant. This is the one!

Waterproof-free.5 stars for everything durability, weatherproof and water resistance. The thickness is nice as it is not so thick that you cant handle it and it is not so thin that it doesnt protect your car. Dont look elsewhere.

This product is worth every single penny. I have bought expensive covers in the past, and this one is the exact same thing. Don't bother spending more when this one is just as good. In the general I like the truck cover but except for the following items.he couldn't be happier. we did a lot of research and this product's ratings were great! the fit and ease of putting the cover on are great. the price is very reasonable. you could spend more and not get a better product.

The car cover store is as advertised, being made of a Tivec style woven plastic material. The sewing of the zipper flap could have been neater, as the excess material caught in the zipper several times. .
I highly recommend this for indoor but wouldn't recommend putting a white Car cover store outside.
