This is a 'dealer driven' program. I don't appreciate being hassled by the dealer. I know how to contact them on my own if I'm interested in pursuing the details of the offer. In any case, it wasn't much of an offer though it might be a starting point for someone ready to do business.

Having the true price for the vehicle made it easier negotiating with the dealer and we ended up getting it for the lower of the prices recommended by Carcostcanada.com.

My one and only experience was excellent. Follow-Up for additional information was handled promptly and efficiently. Definitely helped me with my negotiations.

CarCost Canada does provide what it says it will, and in a very quick, easy to read format. That鈥檚 the good part. However, what I didn鈥檛 like were the two phone calls I received from a local auto dealer to entice me into coming to their dealership to check out the model of car I was researching. (Id already done that) Most prospective car buyers would have, or are in the process, of doing their own research , and know where their local dealers are without having to be
hassled by salesman.

I think it would be better if CarCost would provide the option for their customers to receive a call from a local dealer vs. Them passing on your contact information.

Great insight on Dealer Cost and MSRP. Just make sure you use your initial free look-ups wisely, after three or four you have to pay! Great website.

I feel like you portray yourselves as advocates for the car buyer to help us get a better price but all you are is another way for car dealerships to market to us. Your lack of transparency makes me not trust you.

Knowing what the dealer paid helped us to 鈥?haggle鈥?for our new car. Was able to add accesories pkg wanted as was now optainable in the budget. Love that they recommend a dealer to see.in this case we did not need to see him to get the price we wanted. Everyone in our family uses them.

I just wanted to look up a price, not get calls, texts, and emails from a dealers immediately!

Excellent pricing information but it wasn't apparent in your literature that you were selling my contact information to local car dealerships.

An excellent car buying experience. I was directed to a contact at a dealership recommended by CarCost and was able to deal with the fleet manager instead of the retail advisor so there was no bs. It was completely seamless and we have a new vehicle on order from the factory costing invoice plus 3%. Bravo CarCostCanada.

Slightly confused online but once I talked to a very helpful consultant I understood the process. I am in the midst of looking at two cars and the report is a very helpful tool

I feel like they dropped the ball. also they were trying to offer me a loan that was unrelated to looking for a vehicle. I won't use them again.

After you use it once you can't sign back in. Password recover doesn't work. they give you phone number to a voice mail box. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well they pointed out a dealer to approach, I did and saved around $1,200. from what the lowest a local dealer would go. So I am impressed.
