I broke my seat stay on my gravel bike. After a bit of research, I decided to have the guys at CarbonWork fix it instead of replacing the frame. I鈥檓 just back from a rough gravel ride, including rocky single track. Everything held up perfectly, and it looks great. Good job guys!

So far so good. No issues with the frame since repair in March 2020. Taking it easy on frame because of original mfg design flaw.

My son recently broke the drive side carbon seat stay on his MTB …clean break into two pieces, which we assumed was 'fatal'. However, Carbonwork was able to fix (basically completely rebuild) the damaged area and repaint it – it now looks and rides like new …unbelievable! Anthony at Carbonwork was extremely helpful through the entire process – from initial consultation, through safety check, rebuild, and final delivery …which took less than 2 weeks as promised. Many thanks for saving the bike!

CarbonWork is simply top notch in both quality and service. First if I did not wait more than an hour after sending my first enquiry to Anthony, before hearing back. Then to arrange delivery and pick up of my frame was easy. There was constant communications along with photos of the entire process ( including pics posted on Instagram ).
I had been given a complete list of options right at the beginning as to what needed to be done and prices for said options. So there were no surprises with the bill when the job was completed.
As a small business owner myself I was impressed with how CarbonWork conducted themselves along the entire process. Anthony and CarbonWork has my complete confidence and admiration as a business.
P.S. my Look 675 looks amazing and I cannot wait time get out on the roads!

In all my years of dealing with various companies and people, I must admit that I have never received the level of professional, informative, through and timely service that I got from Anthony Sivestri of Carbonwork. I had two carbon wheels to be fixed (Mavic tubular disc wheel and Easton tubular wheel) and both have been repaired flawlessly.
Thank you Anthony!

I now have to ship my bike to the US to get it properly fixed. I believe I could have fixed it as good with a home kit and done a better paint job with a can of spray paint lol.

Anthony, his wide Anna, and the team at CarbonWork did impeccable work in repairing and recoating the cracked rear stay on my Cannondale SystemSix. From beginning to end, communication via phone and email (which included pictures) was easy and he kept me updated constantly. The price is fair, the service is excellent, and the work done is highly professional – I would highly recommend Anthony and CarbonWork to anyone who needs work done on their carbon frame
Thanks again Anthony !

Guys the reviews on here are fake. Do not, I repeat do not go to this guys. The worst service you will receive. If you don't believe me find the reviews on proper cycling forums, you'll see. Your just gonna have to pay someone again to fix it right.

Anthony and his crew repaired the cracked seat stay on my Pinarello F8 and refinished the chain stay that was scratched through to the carbon. The repair is undetectable and the paint is a perfect match to the rest of the bike.
His communication is excellent and he kept me updated with progress pictures throughout the process. As a bonus, his price was extremely reasonable. Thanks to Anna Maria as well

I had a soft spot in the top tube of my carbon mountain bike. Communication with Anthony was quick and clear from start to finish of the repair. He kept me updated on the progress throughout with pictures and was very quick in the turn around (under 2 weeks including paint). The end result was a structurally sound frame with perfectly matched paint touch up.
Thanks Anthony.

The product speaks for itself. I had put a hole in my 40mm Roval bike wheel while being careless in the garage.
Anthony from Carbon Works analysed the break, and repaired the damaged area. 12,000km later and the repair still looks the same and the wheel is performing like it was brand new.
From the prompt correspondence to their impeccable workmanship, Carbon Works is the place to go!

I was brokenhearted when my bike fell over and struck the base of my bicycle pump and punctured a hole in the top tube of my beloved Roubaix. I鈥檓 in a better FRAME of mind now, thanks to Anthony Silvestri and the folks at CarbonWork. They were able to do the repair for less than half the cost of buying a factory replacement frame. As a physician, I was most impressed when they sent me an analysis of the damage, using a technology similar to MRI (electrical NDT). In this way Anthony was able determine what sort of repair would be required to make it really safe. And he told me how much it would cost up front. Now I can ride with confidence knowing that carbonWork has restored my broken frame to its original strength. And it looks just like new! Thanks CarbonWork.

I would trust Anthony and Anna Maria with my wallet and first born. That's really all you need to know.
Cracked seat tube below H2o bottle bosses and above FD rivets. Soft to the touch, likely caused by poor packing in bike box without removing bottle cage (that would be me).
The customer service was exceptional. Lots of emails updating diagnosis, plan, repair and finish along with many, many photos.
Paint job on top of that make it simply look brand new.
Thank you Anthony for a job well done.

I brought my Time road bike in to have work done where the front derailleur attaches to the post, as the rivets were moving ever so slighty which caused it to rub on front sprocket. The bike was dropped off on a Sunday, advised what the issue was on Monday. Provided options and when I made up my mind as to what I wanted to do, the fix was done right away, and I had my bike back by Saturday. I was informed along the way, and provided with an extensive review of the bike from a screening that was done….very professional. Thanks Anthony for working with me, and I look forward to seeing you again for the custom paint job.

Had carbon bars repaired for $200.
When I received them back I was required to sand them down to what the stem.
The tolerance was so tight it would of taken off the patch.
The real friction was questioning the repair from the owner.
Only received half the cost.
Should of listened to the other person who took my call.
She was right and had a far better attitude than that the owner.
Nice hat rack. I would really question repairing carbon or even buying after this fiasco.
I would of only given 1 stars for him and his poor attitude but she earned that star.
Will not recommend service for bars

My triathlon bike had some surface damage that occurred in shipping; I contacted Anthony at Carbon Works to get it repaired and went for a completely new custom paint job on the bike while at it;
I experienced customer service that is second-to-none. Anthony was awesome to work with, I got updates every few days on the progress of the project, usually with pictures. The end result is stunning, VERY happy so far with the work done by Anthony and his team of professionals. Glad I dealt with Carbon Works.

One of my rear stays was damaged when the rear derailleur broke off and hit my Specialized frame during a cycling event. My local bike store recommended Carbonwork, and gave me Anthony鈥檚 contact details.
My initial enquiry by e-mail was answered by Anthony within an hour, and all subsequent e-mails were answered very quickly. After dropping off my frame for repair I was kept informed of the progress being made, and sent photos of the repair at various stages.
The repair took just over a week to complete, and is excellent; the bike looks as good as new and the repair cost was much less than buying a new frame.
I wouldn鈥檛 hesitate to recommend Anthony Silvestri of Carbonwork to anyone with a carbon fibre bike frame in need of repair.

I cracked a seat stay on my carbon bike frame.
Anthony was very prompt in replying to my initial request for info. I simply emailed pictures of the damage and within hours I had 3 repair options.
I delivered the frame to Anthony鈥檚 house. Within days I had a detailed analysis of the damage and a favourable prognosis for repair.
Anthony always updated me on the repair status with pictures. Within a week or two I had my frame back with a pro colour matched repaint of both seat stays.
The price was exactly as promised with no hidden fees/upsell nonsense.
Thanks CarbonWork. I have already recommended them to other riders.

I damaged my carbon bike frame when my chain became jammed between small chain ring and down tube just above the bottom bracket. Resulted in a dime sized gouge into the carbon structure.
A riding friend suggested I check out CarbonWork.ca. I sent photos of damage and 8 minutes later, Anthony responded with a price estimate for 3 repair options. 10 minutes later he offered to complete a basic repair over the long weekend!
I delivered my frame to him Thursday evening and the repair was complete on Sunday! Throughout the weekend, Anthony sent me updates showing results of initial NDT testing, plus progress and photos through the repair process.
Outstanding customer service all the way and at a fraction of the cost of a new frame.

In case your wondering about the name of this review, my bike was 鈥渂orn again鈥?thanks to Anthony and CarbonWork.
I had broken my seatstay of my cervelo early last season in an accident and had written it off. I found CarbonWork and was intrigued. Early this year, I contacted them, with the hope of repairing the frame, painting it a different colour, and building it up with new parts.
Anthony responded immediately and offered me a great price on repair and custom paint job. To make matters more complicated I was moving from Alberta to the Toronto area.
I shipped my frame and fork to him end of January and commenced on having every part of the build sent to Anthony from online vendors. He patiently received them all and stored them in the meantime.
The frame was repaired and frame and fork were painted a new colour in less than a month after I sent them to him. Factory specific decals were also applied, but in a new colour.
He then quickly built the bike up from scratch with the new parts in just one week.
Upon pick up, I was super impressed! It looks great and more importantly works great. My broken afterthought of a bike became my dreambike.
In closing, Anthony was incredible to deal with. I have been biking for 20 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received in the bike industry. He is knowledagble, patient, and very quick to respond.
I highly recommend CarbonWork!
