Within the past month I have placed two orders from this company. The products arrived when stated and are in good condition. The website photos matched the product received. The company kept me well informed regarding both arrival and backorder dates (which were listed at the time of the order). Over the past few years I have just discarded their catalogs since I felt they were overpriced. The company seems to have recognized this and have lowered their prices to be competitive with similar quality brands. I have had no concerns about product quality and have not needed to deal with returns or customer service issues. I will continue to purchase from them unless problems develop.

Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service. I'm still trying to get my refund resolved. They owe me money and every time I call, it is the most painful experience. There customer service reps are nice but useless as they do not seem to have the authorization to really help you. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT purchase from this company.

I was at a loss as to what to buy for my great grandson for Christmas. He's a teen and lives at a distance, so I'm never sure of his size of likes & dislikes. I happen to receive a catalogue through mail for Carbon2Cobalt and looking through it, I liked what I saw. I ended up ordering 4 of the very masculine leather and metal men's wrap bracelets. He's at the age where he's finally wearing a watch, so just knew he'd like these neat men's bracelets. The quality is excellent and they arrived promptly. I'd definitely purchase again from this company.

They have the worst customer service and the worst website. I wanted to make some purchase from their website. But, didn't see any infos about their returns/exchanges policy. So I called their customer service and this person didn't even know their return policy and was really rude over the phone. I don't trust shopping at this place!

My first purchase from this company was a women's hooded composite leather jacket (sheepskin with some knit cuffs and hem). It was very pricey, but fits and looks great (and would deserve a 4 or 5 star review). My second purchase was the long wool blend "Rive Coatigan". It was so bad (it would be zero stars if that was an option) that it lowered my overall review to 2 stars. What a disappointment! It was quite expensive but the material was thin and cheap, already had a lot of snags, appeared to ball immediately, and collected lint in an instant. It looked like used clothing from Goodwill. I will be sending it back immediately (and sadly have to pay for shipping)! I hope I have learned my lesson and will avoid purchases form this company in the future.

Just recieved the first ever catalog ( its x-mas time) and on a average the pricing of the clothing is around, let's say $100. Items running between $50 and $155. Looks attractive and many items I can see myself wearing, but, near the end of EVERY item description is the word IMPOTED. I learned a few years ago DO NOT PAY $100 for a imported items of clothing! So made for $18 and sell for $100? Then there's shipping, because it came on a ship and its passed on to you.

I ordered the double layered kinetic Henley in blue with the brown collar. It's so soft and looks fantastic! Great purchase. Definitely on the more expensive side for sure, but this is also the only place I was able to find a Henley like this. Supply and demand.

Cannot comment on clothing or its quality But 1 time ordering using coupon using COUPON THEY SENT ME it would NOT work! Customer Service does not reply. Gave it a break weeks later more email ads and coupons SAME THING again NO CUSTOMER SERVICE – Both times these were over $500 orders – Without good customer service I do not do business. Over 1 year ago I tried cancel their flyers well they are still coming and trashed immediately now they are addressed to "Billy Bob'' – This is definitely a company I would NEVER purchase from – BEWARE

I'm okay with these guys — and I returned everything. Great catalog, right? The merchandise wasn't for me, though. I made about a $750 purchase. $250 worth was back-ordered, and $500 arrived pretty quickly. What I got ended up not appealing to me. I taped up the box, slapped on the included label, drove it over the the UPS store, and off it went. The UPS tracking showed it arrived around noon on a Friday. On Thursday the following week the refund showed up on my Carbon2Cobalt orders page. It took an additional few days for Chase to process the refund onto my Chase Visa card. I knew I was charged $7.50 for the return shipping label (cheap!) and I read my original shipping charge wouldn't be refunded (makes sense). The back-ordered stuff I cancelled by e-mail, since it was matched to the returned stuff. The change showed up the next business day. I'm completely satisfied. I sincerely considered keeping my purchase because the appearance was that attractive. Why didn't I?, these folks seem to have a business model relying on the cheapest South Asian materials and labor (Bangladesh, India, etc.), prices corresponding to more premium materials and production, some really appealing designs, and solid presentation through their catalog and photography. That's the call of the entrepreneur, I wish this company luck, and commend them for apparently-improved returns processing, having read older reviews.

This company has great clothing but, they will keep hitting charges on your card… I spent a fortune with them and they kept hitting my card… For the full amount!… When I called 3 times, they sounded concerned but, never did anything about it. BE WARE!

Like others have stated, slick catalog with nice looking products that don't deliver. Generally I'd say their products are maybe slightly above Old Navy quality, at triple the cost, especially the button-down shirts. The pullover was pretty nice. Jeans were crap. On a positive note, the clothes are actually true to size, but I won't be ordering from them again.

I had nearly $400 worth of items in my basket, ready to click and buy, when I noticed the extortionate shipping fee of nearly $40. There's no way I'm paying 10% for shipping–there's no way I'll order from this catalog until they offer free shipping–at least like many companies free shipping for orders over $100.

This company has produced an outstanding promotional magazine and website. Both illustrate a high quality product that, unfortunately, gives a potential customer a. Misleading impression. Coupled with a very high price, the overall impression is product of high-end, unique manufacturing. Not so. At all. My two items list at $99 each. Many other companies offer the same quality at a third the price. I am very disappointed with C2C, but I grudgingly compliment them for advertising that hooked this naive fish into thinking this company was much more than it's less-than-mediocre self.

I have no idea how Carbon2Cobalt procured my personal, private information. But year after year they continue to send me unwanted catalogs despite MULTIPLE requests that they stop. I am on all of the direct mail do-not-mail lists. And I'm very careful to opt out of marketing with every company I do business with online. And yet for Carbon2Cobalt, has ignored every request as I am not a person to them but a commodity for them to continue to peddle their unwanted, prosaic merchandise. I have absolutely no interest in Carbon2Cobalt. There is absolutely no business I wish to transact with them. But we live in a country where there is no respect for privacy because greed is so strong and companies seem to have more rights than citizens. With retail already circling the drain before the Covid-19 pandemic even began, I can only hope that companies like Carbon2Cobalt soon will disappear. It's really the only option I have to stop their insipid catalogs from filling my mailbox.
Note: Looking through the reviews for this company I'm not surprised to see that a lot of their customers have had very poor experiences shipping at Carbon2Colbalt. More troubling are the sheer number of five star reviews with raves that are written by Sitejabber users to no other reviews. It is pretty clear what's going on here.

I have to return my purchase twice. Not for poor quality. Once because my son did not like the style and the second because I ordered the wrong size. Both times I had to follow up with C2C to find out what happened to my return. The first time it took the several days to find my return even though I had proof of delivery. The second time they did issue credit but I had requested the correct size. The correct size was out of stock so they issued credit but did not inform me of that until after is contacted them. Finally to top it off, They charge for the return if you use their prepaid return form. I chose to send it on my own dime but the took the return fee anyway. Nickle and dime you even thought they probably charge too much for their products in the first place.

final thoughts: be aware & informed. Some products have issues. But you can return anything at any time. And I would suggest talking to a manager if you want free shipping. Every single manager I have spoken with has been very reasonable and accommodating. I did have an issue with one of their newer employees during the holiday season but I asked to speak with a manager and everything went beyond my expectations. Bottom line is that some of the clothing is fantastic! To me, it's worth it to take have the possibility of a phone call and a return. Some people may not have the time for that and if they don't I would not advise shopping here. Otherwise, like I said, they are very accommodating and there are no time limits on the returns from what I can understand.

My husband is a Levi Jeans and Tee shirt guy, has been since his surfer upbringing decades ago. To find a catolog with style he likes is rare, very rare. We bought an order of shirts at the holidays, just now sent in a second order of shirt and shorts. Style, muted colors, varied fabrics and detailing are very noticable and appreciated. We like the look, not cookie cutter, not stiff, clothes look like enjoyed favorites. The clothes we purchased were true to size, color and materials, well made. Yes, some styles have a flawed look, but that is what they are intended to look… classic favorites. I don't see the problems that many of these reviews have mentioned, and hope to continue having the option to buy in the future… but they aren't always a bargain prices and shipping seems high. Still, it is so nice to see my husbands tall frame in these clothes. And they wash well with care too.

I have placed three orders so far, all within the last 6 months — all shirts — and I am absolutely thrillled with the quality of the shirts and how good they look. SO far, every time I think I'm going to like something based on the picture, I *do* like it when I see it. Right now I'm wearing one of their shirts I received two days ago. I feel like these are heirloom quality things. Very glad I discovered them. I think I was throwing away all the catalogs they sent me by snailmail for about 3 years before I finally looked at one and said "Huh. Not bad."

Have made several purchases from this company. I'd say more than 1/2 the time I've been disappointed in the actual color of the item I received versus the special filtering in their glossy catalog. See the accompanying photo for an example. Glossy tobacco color of jacket in the catalog versus actual honey color of the jacket in the background. Due to the high cost of this item, this was one that went back. Not certain who this jacket was cut for, either. Must be a pear-shaped individual, because the waist seemed quite a few inches larger than the shoulders.
Customer service was a pleasure to deal with, and the return was done quite easily with no muss and no fuss.

our credit card backed by GM automatically refunds any questionably charges then they go after the merchant. Once this happens and you get your money back who gives a s h t if they want to drag it out…..it works
why do we care if they have terrible return practices..we got our money back….their product line is terrible…..dont fall for the professional photography in their catalogs……that's stategic and misleading…I put their catalog in my bird cage
