Carbide & Diamond Tooling

I am short about 170$ in business with this fictitious company some years ago. I spent more then one year trying to contact them. Only when I said I shall report them to the authorities they barely responded with claim they sent the products to Canada (?) by their mistake! One of only a couple of mails I got from them:

"There was a processing error with your order.
Please confirm your shipping address and you order will reship in 24-72 hours
Sorry for the mix up
Sincerely,
Carbide Diamond Tooling"

Needless to say, I never got anything. I am robbed, 100%.

Here is what they do: they purposely send some supposed to be internationally destined goods into the wrong address in other country (Canada). That way the tracking of the post seems correct apart from the destination, and in postal tracking system you get the status of shipped goods. They stall by asking for address confirmation again and again, just to postpone as much as possible. You wait for months and eventually a year but nothing happen. But the goods are NOT SHIPPED TO YOU at all, nor they were intended to!
Those people should be in jail. And USA in practice does not protect international customers at all. I contacted US authorities but nothing happened. That would be impossible in Europe! People from USA should yet to learn what business is or should be like. Otherwise they will stay in their Wild West organization.
I checked this mail to be copied to the crooks as well, so they would know we know who they are.
