I asked this company which cover would fit my caravan. Having supplied my model name and year to the company, they recomended the size required. I then confidently purchased the cover. This was a delux model which was not cheap. Although I never expected a generic cover to fit absolutley perfectly, I did expect it to be close. The cover supplied was way to big for my van which as well as looking very untidy, left pockets and folds where moisture and debris will sit. After much emailing back and forth, the company would not refund or replace the cover (despite them advising on the size) and suggested that I sell it on privately. The get out clause that they use is "if the cover has been fitted then the cover cannot be returned". How are you ever going to see if the cover fits without trail fitting is beyond me. Although the company was always polite, I get the impresion that they will never refund or replace any of there products. Buyer beware!!!

Worst Company in the caravaning industry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The product they (eventually) supply is cheap and very poorly constructed and shipped in from China. They have nothing but excuses as to why supply is delayed but I believe it's because orders are taken, when they have enough they order from China and then have to wait for delivery to their warehouse. It's why they do everything they can to avoid returns. Nothing is made here so ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
A terrible experience with this Company. Be advised, they have a very poor product and non-existent customer service.

Ordered cover on the 6th sept its now the 11th of Nov! They do not seem to answer the telephone. I will update when / if the cover arrives

Would not accept a totally unopened and resellable cover because it had gone 3 days over the 14 day return period due to them delivering it 4 weeks late. Ordered a caravan cover from this company in October, whilst we waited for it to arrive we covered our van with an old cover to keep it clean. Waited over a week for it to arrive and when it didn't I mailed them they replied that they had left a message on my answerphone that the cover was out of stock. (I don't even have an answerphone????)It would be delivered wc 5th Nov. It did not arrive until 22 Nov. By this time the weather had turned much wetter and we were unable to fit the cover until 2 weeks after it arrived. When we went to take the old cover off we found that due to the design of our van, it has roof bars. The weight of the water had pooled in the middle of the roof. we thought that the new cover would do the same so I asked if I could return the totally unopened and resellable cover but was informed that due to it going 3 days over the 14 day return period they would not accept it back.So I am now stuck with a cover that cost over 拢200 that I can't use. Dont give your money to them.they are a mean company and there customer service is non existent.

I have bought a deluxe caravan cover with 3 years guarantee that has simple rotten apart within a year.
I sent e-mails that were ignored in entirely. I called them a several times but they refused the refund saying they must talk to the supplier. The guy was more than rude and put the phone always down. I spent lots of money for the call as all mobile company is charging for this number.
Avoid from this company.
Now I take them to County Court and I take other legal step to stop these people to rob further money.

Bought in September 2016 put on caravan in November uncovered in march ,caravan was wet and green mould,tried to contact has gone into liquidation but reopened with same sole director, contact again not interested,this was the deluxe caravan cover cost 拢194.00,
