DO NOT TRUST THEM. We rented an autocamper for a 4 weeks journey. When we collected the autocamper, we noticed and discussed with the dealer that some of the girders of the canopy were bent. The dealer meant, at this time, that it was not very important and it was not noted down in the transfer protocol. When returning the autocamper, the dealer however identified this as a damage, kept the deposit and we have now been billed 982 EUR for a complete new canopy + mounting. We objected (in person and pr. mail), of course, as this was clearly not damage made by us. The dealer has, however, not answered to our communication – besides a mail containing the bill for materials and repairs (this is NOT a unique case and similar behaviour has been reported by others in e.g. google reviews).
