I place an order for an air pump on monday. I have been looking for this part all weekend. I see that the part is offer on the carparts.com site. I spoke to the sales representative to make sure that I can receive this part the next day. He guarantee me that it will arrive Tuesday, the next day. I check me email Tuesday to see if shipping has arrived. Tracking had shown that the product will not arrive till Thursday. So I called to speak to another rep who put a placement for me. So that I would be able to get the part by Wednesday. So I check my email this morning. The email confirms that they are out of stock.
Does this company train their employees well to know what Inventory is in their system. I have a lying sales rep who said that I would get the product to me on Tuesday.
Another sales rep who told me that a replacement is on its way. To find out that they don't even know what they have in their oen inventory.
So had 5 events set for this week. Because theirof lack of training or their system that they place in for their employees. I had to cancel all my events, losing $4-$5000 that I need to pay bills.

If you care about your sanity DO NOT USE this website. I used this website because i was looking for a hood, and now my phone DOESN'T STOP RINGING! Ive had over a dozen phone calls in the last hour from non english speaking mfs asking if im looking for a hood.

The first page with the parts can be very hard to use and find the correct part that I'm looking for

I ordered a axel for my truck and they sent me the wrong one. So now I cant get ahold of anyone and my truck broke down so I'm out of 200.00 total this is a scam company stay away

Their is no way to get ahold of someone in customer service. Leave your number to call you back. Never calls back. Wait on hold for 45 mins to have them hang up on me. Not recommended if their is a problem with parts. When the part has to be returned it cost more to return then the price of the part. No help with return shipping. I am now a former customer of carparts.com

ordered combination brake rotors and pads, got the rotors late and the wrong ones. never did get the pads. now I am dealing with the return ,without much success. I e-mailed them as they requested ,returned e-mail and said they would get back to me in 48 hours , that was 5 days ago. still have no results. I think i'm screwed and out $123.00 with rotors that I have no use for. do not do business with this company.

All companies listed within 65 miles of my zip that list the part on this site in the requested color do NOT have the part in stock
Once you call them they will try selling you the part in another color if they have any whatsoever.
Hint. Update your listing and stop wasting customers time.

you need a seller feedback option. I will never shop here again. Bought a srs module, they shipped me peace of corroded part.i'm sure they knew it was a bad part, but they make you sign agreement that all of the parts sold as-is. Seller was found on car-part.com called "Budget Auto Parts" located in Auburndale, FL
i'm sure that they knew that they ware shipping a bad part, because you can tell that it has water damage, it has very bad corrosion on it

I tried to find a hood for my car on this site. It says that one is available through LKQ in California. I am in Texas. I called the number listed in California and they said you have to call your local LKQ office to buy this part. I called the local office in Texas and they said "We as a company do not ship hoods that far". I said then why advertise that they are for sale. Saying that we can ship it to the closest office for you. I called Car-Parts.com and spoke to a supervisor and explained. He said his guess is because it would cost the company in shipping as much as it would for the part. Then why not put this information in the notations information instead of wasting a lot of my time. Sadly anyone that looks on this site and sees the advertisement is going to waste a bunch of their time.

Predatory business practice. Return process ridiculous. Whatever you do, do not do business with this company. You will be sorry.

We operate a recycling business. Our cheque that we sent did not reach in the mail. We didn't know about it till later. But we realized that they have temporarily suspended our account without telling us and when we tried to explain to them what happened ,they were trying to jack up the fees. There is no customer service, I don't even think the site is that great. All they care about is money, and they manipulate the situation so that you are at falt.. I checked around and realized that we are getting charged more than other businesses around us, and yet they want more money. I don't recommend businesses to signed up with them..

This is my go to place for recycled auto parts. Being the biggest (they have several yards) they most often have the parts we need for our customers vehicles. Most of the staff is user friendly and very fast delivery of those needed parts. My go to guy is Willis. The web site is easy to use to search for parts.

They trick businesses into signing with them by having their sales reps misleads, bend and sometimes flat out lie about their software's abilities. My company signed up and as soon as we were setup, we realized this softeware was from the 80s. It is so antequated. It didn't actually run in windows like competitors Pinnicle Professional.
We instantly canceled. Their records show we tried it with one part. They said we signed a 6 month contract and had to pay the remaining balance, which would kill our brand new business.
So this company uses predatory contracts because they don't stand by their product. They know their product is crap. They don't care if they kill a new business and put a brand new parents out on the street, just as long as they get their few thousand from that predatory contract.
They target new businesses and businesses that aren't tech savvy enough to know how far we have advanced.

Terrible service. Salvage yards they advertise can't be trusted. Out $2,500 and Car-part was no help. Buyer beware! Buyer beware!

The website is well organized and easy to use but very poor customer service

This site is great for the consumer, but for the salvage yards it's not so great. We have been with Check-mate(who own car-parts)for 7 years. There sales people are
extorionist. If you are looking for an inventory system for your auto recycler yard, I would highly recomend looking some where else.

The website is well organized and easy to use. The price was fair. The shipping was very very fast. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

this site is awesome. you can search for a specific USED part for a specific car… the best part is, you search all the junkyards (who choose to have their inventory listed here), which is a lot of them. can sort by price, distance, etc and has the phone number and address of the junkyards as well.

I use this website every day to order parts. It shows me used parts that are in the area as well as nationally if I wanted. It lists the vendors that have them the price and the quality of the part I'm getting as well as the year of the vehicle it's off of. That way, if I'm interested I just call the vendor number listed and order it. It's very helpful. Especially, with the job I have.
