Great company to deal with. I bought two Lexus front bumpers and dealt with Brian, who was incredibly helpful and prompt with his replies. The whole process was straight forward and it arrived well ahead of schedule. We did run into a bit of a hiccup with the products received (the wrong type was mistakenly sent so I had to get a couple of holes filled before painting) but Car-Act were quick to get it resolved. Mistakes can happen anytime, but it all comes down to how it's dealt with afterwards, and Car-Act were absolutely perfect in this respect, so 5-stars for customer service. I would happily recommend them to others and would certainly buy from them again. Thank you for your efforts and professionalism, you've made a couple of people very happy.

We bought a bodykit for a VW tiquan, we thought we paid only for the back bumper but after a couple weeks when the package arrived we got a front and a back bumper aswell some other stuff for the ABT package on the VW tiguan. Very pleased with Car-Act as they deliver fast with great communication. Next time we will order here 100%!
