Relaxed insurance is not "relaxed" at all !!
Since 23e October i am waiting for a refund from the "relax" insurance policy. Waiting for over 5 months is not very relaxed. After several emails and telephone calls still no reaction and no answers.

Is there still something happening at this company? is it trustworthy? I am doubting that very much by now

I hired a car from Vehicle Rent in October for a trip in Italy. All was very smooth with the hire and the car was perfect. However, I did suffer a minor accident and thus had to pay. Nevermind, I have the insurance I thought. When I returned back to the UK, everyting nwas handled very smoothly and at the begininig of December, I was told I would get 947 Euros back but would take 90 days.

Well, that 90 days is now up without payment, no one will reply to email, the phone number 0044 203 129 5406 no longer works, sending twitter messages get's no reply. Not sure what I can do next but I will make sure I post on every single on-line platform I can find to let people know. I'd say avoid this company

My experience is the same as the other ones.

They work with Vehicle Rent, which was the company to which I rented the car.

They confirmed me a deposit in Oct 2019 and we are in Feb 2020 and still haven't received it. But what's more shameful is that thr answer all my emails very fast telling me to wait up to 90 days. And once that these 90-days period are over they don't answer any email.

As I can see is the same for everyone here. I'm gonna take legal measures as well against them.

Avoid this company!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR, 1400 鈧?damage refund confirmed but not paid!!! We bought a full package car rental insurance on check24.de website in September. During our trip the car was damaged by a third party, damage claim was sent to Vehicle-rent in October 2019 via check24 and we received confirmation that we are eligible for the refund and it would be paid shortly. It鈥檚 February now and we still haven鈥檛 received the refund. What is more we keep receiving false and misleading information- that the bank account that the transfer had been made to was not correct (even though we provided details again the card hasn鈥檛 been credited), that the payment would be made in 21 days never was, that they would send confirmation on email when exactly the payment will be done but we haven鈥檛 received anything. RecentIy we haven鈥檛 got any reply on our emails to your "postrentalsupport", the hotline does not know what is going on…i just hear about financial problems and issues with check24. We are forced to take legal action againist the insurer as we do not see any other possibility to get my money back. The company is SUSPICIOUS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!

I have rented a car via Vehicle Car in June and I bought Relax Package. I had to claim the money,my claim has been approved by them.
I've been told that claim could take up to 90 days but its been 7 months and I still didn't receive my money!!!!!!!!!!!
They sent me a email saing they very busy( that was few months ago) but now they don't even reply to me or talk over the phone.
I have reported this company to European Consumer Union, I'm taking futher action with them.
I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID VEHICLE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
