I ordered the Kenwood DAB on the Sunday and it arrived Tuesday, excellent service and at a great price.
I came across carsoundsandsecurity.co.uk. via Google shopping having searched for a DAB with dual Bluetooth (you can have 2 x phones connected at once – it also comes with 2 x USB sockets, very handy for leaving the iPhone plugged in), found their great looking website not only easy to navigate around, but also simple to buy from. Highly recommended and I love the radio.

I ordered this head unit after using Alpine for years. The price seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't. It arrived a lot quicker than I thought and when it arrived, I wasn't disappointed. This is a great unit, I've toyed with DAB but it's never quite as reliable as factory fit so this was just what I needed. Using it in conjunction with the Alpine VTuner app, this is easy to use, the various connection methods make it versatile and it simply looks great. Alpine have done it again, I'd recommend it to anyone.

I had recently bought a new double din radio (sph-dh100) and was having an issue trying to find the cable to attach it to an android phone. The appradio normally comes with just an iphone cable. Having looked on the pioneer website for the relevent cable I decided to google and find out where i could buy the cable from. Ok i could have bought it from ebay, but having read previous reviews from here i knew it was a good website to buy from. I will be looking at purchasing more items through car sounds & security once i figure what audio spec i want. Would do business again! Definately reccomend.

I ordered from 3 different companies on the same day. Car Sounds & Securities package was not only the first to arrive but was also the best packaged. Just enough protection for the speakers without going overboard, unlike one of the other companies who despite there being nothing fragile inside it sent me a box that was twice too big and they had basically filled the box with all the crap they had lying around. Found this company using a Google search. They offered the best prices and Aaron France was amazingly helpful and fast with all my questions. Even replying to emails at 10pm. Shipping was fast and well packed. Can't praise them enough.

No only was the price the best on the 'net, but I found the customer service excellent. I had an issue with the courier being used, and telephoned to grumble. I received an explanation and an apology, although it seemed nothing could be done at that stage.
I placed the order anyway because it was the best value. I was stunned to later receive a call to be told that, having listened to my grumble, they were going to use a different courier for my delivery and refund part of the charges.
And the item arrived the next working day!
What more could you want?

I asked if the stereo had parrot bluetooth and was told it had although when it came it has Pioneer bluetooth and no mention of Parrot at all. Delivery though was very fast, well packaged and its a nice stereo so overall, very pleased.. good price too. Thank you.

Was looking for a small sub to add to my car and found this Alpine SWE 815 which had great reviews! Was also in stock & at the best price online (even cheaper than eBay!) also had great service on the phone as I had a couple of questions, no trouble for them even if it wasn't the biggest sale ever!
