Car Target

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I took out super excess refund, they agreed to refund me damages or 拢1700 that I paid for. They then stopped responding!! I am now out of pocket. Not sure how they are getting away with it after reading so many awful reviews?? Looks like they are doing the same to everybody.

Complete SCAM. Took the money out of my account for 'damage' to rental car when there wasn't any. Said they would refund and then have stopped responding. See other comments and reviews on this.

DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM!

Took an insurance with the company after renting a car. After getting car problems and having costs I tried to get it back from the Insurance. After agreeing they would pay (part) of it, they stopped responding.

6 months later I haven't received anything and they have stopped replying.

I am also a victim of this scam. Take your money for collision damage waiver, then do not pay for the collision when you have one – you lose out both ways – DO NOT USE CAR TARGET OR VEHICLE RENTAL

The worst performing rental organization ever. No responding and not returning my money as agreed. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

SCAM AVOID

Complete scam. I bought excess insurance through this company. After making a claim I have been waiting 6 months. I have made complaints and have had absolutely no response.

See reviews for them on various sites. All terrible.

After 10 months I still have not heard a word from them. I did go to my credit card provider and complained through them. My credit card provider has paid me in full for the cost of my claim as these CON ARTISTS have never once contact me with anything other than automatic replies.

Under no circumstances use these thieves. Pay a little more for a company that is regulated by the fca in uk

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Booked car hire through car target group. Arrived at memmingen airport to find car hire had been cancelled the day before at the sixt hire desk. No prior emails received and no explanation. Contacted car target group and no explanation given after 40 minutes on phone. Stranded at airport with 4 other travellers and no cars available anywhere. Absolutely disgusting service. Will never use again. No refund received yet.

I booked my holiday rental with car target and i was very pleased with their service.. Very fast and informative – i will use their services again!
