We ordered a remote car (Audi 24 volt) for our grand daughter. When it arrived, the box on one side side 12volt & 24 volt on the top. Right away I thought we got the wrong car. Of course I wasn't happy. To make a long story short, I contacted CarTots and spoke with the nicest man, Wilson. He reassured me we received the correct item and told me to open it up and look inside. The next day I received a call from Wilson to check and make sure we looked and were satisfied. Well, once we looked it was indeed the correct item. This is the best company I have dealt with in a long time. The time he took to make sure we were satisfied and happy was very impressive. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a ride on toy for their children, order from here. You will not be disappointed. When I need anything like this again, I know where I am going.

Very pleased with my purchase. Package came with a tail light missing but all it took was an email and they shipped the part right away. They were happy to answer any questions I had!

Less than 1 month of use, while driving via remote. Our Cartots motor caught fire with my child inside. I rushed to get him out and did so, luckily, uninjured.

I have reached out multiple times to speak with someone. Via email, they inform me that it is my fault it caught fire because of how dirty the photos of the car were. What's the catch? I NEVER SENT PHOTOS. This is their standard response when these catch fire. (Blame the customer)

I have no legal action to take because "no harm no foul."
Do not let your kid be the one that has to get burned before they can take responsibility.

DO NOT PURCHASE!

Ps, they delete all comments off social related to fire.

We purchased our first car from CARTOTS for my daughters 6th birthday, when it arrived we put it together and everything worked perfectly. The quality of it was excellent and she absolutely loved it. She has always been a Lamborghini fan since she was little as I've always owned them, this was her favorite gift to date. We did have a small issue with a bearing. We simply called, then emailed and within a few days we had the replacement part in hand NO ISSUES, NO QUESTIONS asked. Not only is the customer service incredible we have purchase a 2nd car for my vacation house for her to have. I highly recommend the product and the customer service is ON POINT! They get a 5 star review from me! Thank you CarTots!:)

My 5 year old son drove the Extreme Buggy XL 4×4 it on our flat gravel driveway and mostly flat grass yard. Three motors failed and the fourth caught on fire. Company claimed he was too rough on the car and now we can purchase replacement parts. I've emailed and followed their guidelines, but they have offer no options for a real solution. Do not purchase this vehicle. It may catch on fire and no one wants their child to drive a death trap.

I wanted to do something very special for my little girl during coronavirus. So I decided to buy an extreme buggy electric vehicle from cartots.
It's a pricey little machine but I figured we were locked down and if I bought something of great quality it could grow with her. I placed my order in early may And then I was informed that would be mid July until I was to get my order. OK I could understand how that works probably because how the supply chain was being affected due to the pandemic. I am trying to be very understanding since I am a small business owner myself.
My order subsequently got delayed several times and long story short my order finally comes to me in September Gets delayed multiple times And I finally get my order at the end of the 1st week of September.
My daughter get so excited just to see the Box she's jumping for joy and is through and over the moon. She He waits for me all day to get off of work and then makes me quickly get right to assembling the vehicle. Put it all together and charge the vehicle and the next day she gets to take it out for test drive.
And it doesn't work. Hey becomes a nightmare situation and they won't fix it

My mom tried to order 2 cars and have them shipped to me in Texas. She obviously used her credit card which has a billing address in Florida, and they cancelled the order twice because she would provide a photo ID through email. The guy I spoke to on the phone said people get their credit card information stolen and it's a very unpleasant experience. When I tried to explain my mother doesn't want her identity stolen by sending her personal information through an unsecured email, the guy said they didn't need our business. I will never order from here and I will tell anyone and everyone about this horrible experience.

From start to finish this company was fantastic. I would not hesitate for one second to tell my friends or to buy another product from this company they were wonderful. Their customer service and especially dealing with Wilson was one of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. In my opinion Car tots are a 5 Star Plus. Thanks again for the great service. JC

Have been waiting 2 months for delivery – still waiting! They keep telling me it is on its way, but one week it is California and the next in Arizona? Paid extra to ship to my granddaughter in Hawaii. Time to get a refund

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy any of their cars! We bought a McClarlen for our son's 2nd birthday got it delivered Monday WITHOUT accessories that we paid for and then a week later receivers the Bluetooth speaker and license plate. His birthday was Saturday. So already we still could not let him have his gift. We charged it for 10 hours as it said and the light is still red… the battery never turned green. We charged it for a few more hours and it has yet to turn green.

All sajd… CarTots sent a defective product and no one to answer their phones. All they have is an email with a slow or no response.

DO NOT BUY!

Had my doubts after i made my purchase and then finished reading the reviews. I even called to cancel my order but i talked to Wilson and he reassured me i would get my order in a timely manner and ms it would be a great vehicle. Well, he was right. I got a tracking order in two days and my truck showed up in 4 business days. Packaging was in good shape. I got the tundra for my son so it looks like dads truck. I'm so happy i didn't cancel. This truck is awesome. Not sure i can wait the week to give it to him for his birthday. Thanks Wilson

I have been dealing with Walmart on 3 different occasions with an order to purchase a toy car for my son's 1st birthday and all 3 occasions, my order was cancelled with "no explanations" and left with a huge disappointment. Not for myself but for my son. After having a horrible experience with Walmart, I was hesitant about buying another toy car from another seller, but I am happy to say that, with Car-Tots, it gave me a whole different perspective and trust to know that, Wilson who was helping with the order, went above and beyond to make my son's birthday gift a reality and was extremely professional and personal, like I am speaking to a friend. Thank you, WILSON!! I can't wait to show you pictures of my son in his new toy car truck!

Had an issue with the Mercedes zetros. They're rep kept telling me someone would contact me for repairs. No one hasn't called as of yet! We've been waiting for a call back for nearly a month and a half! My kid can't even ride his car which only held up for 2 weeks. The wheel popped clean off from the axel

I ordered a car for my son. We were so excited to get it. The website said up to 10 working days within the U. S. 3 weeks went by with no word from them. I call to find out it was going to be 4 months to get one and it might not be the color we ordered. If you want to waste 700 dollars just burn it. Dont waste your time on this company. My son is heart broken and i am very mad. I hope this distribution company and manufacturer go under!

We bought from card tots hoping that it would last a lot longer than buy a cheaper one. Our Jeep did not last more than a year and the board keeps melting we called in for replacement parts that we had to pay for. We replaced the parts and the board melted again they said there was nothing they could do for us.

I've been Looking for a ride on car for my son for a while now and could not find anything good here in hawaii and online everyone does not wanna ship to hawaii for a reason tried everywhere! Until i found these guys! They shipped fairly fast (10 days) and the customer service was unmatched they were contacting me every step of the way such great service amazing!

Purchased a car and it took 4 months to send to me without any communication from them, I have email to prove this. Once received vehicle was defected and had missing parts. I have been unable to use a vehicle I paid $400 for, for my daughters birthday gift! Horrible, will proceed with lawsuit for fraud

I order a jeep on December 16 and I didn't receive it til January 26. Then when I open it it had missing parts to it so my child still couldn't ride it and the notifying them again about my troubles I was told I would get the parts in a few days but its been a week. I tried talking to Mr Wilson about it he just hasn't returned my messages. Probably couldn't give me a explanation. I ask for refund for the trouble that I've been going through and I was told no. But they have my hard earn money and I got a USELESS jeep. I rather went to powerwheels.

I don't like giving any business a bad review but I have no choice as I Have given them two weeks to resolve the issue we have and no one from their customer support will call us. We purchased a new Land Rover Defender from them and let them know that it had issues none of the lighting, horn or audio features worked. Was told they would have customer support call even told me they escalated my service request but two weeks now and only excuses. It's seems they are quite content to sell you a toy that does not work . I have asked for a replacement but no response only same old message be patient we will contact you but they never do. This was a Christmas present for our grandchildren so now we are stuck with this Rover that does not work. Not that it matters but I work for a very well known NASCAR owner and know a little bit about electric and mechanical issues. Trust me when I say connections are good and batteries are charged. I have kept all shallow promise emails I was sent by them (Ashley) but here it is less than a week before Christmas and still no help from them.

I bought a Mercedes SL500 Coupe! Sure, it's for my toddler son, and it's about $115,000 less than the full sized version. It's awesome! Fully loaded, leather seats, doors that open and a remote so I can drive while he cruises around listening to "Old Town Road," on his MP3 player! This is by far the coolest battery powered vehicle I've seen. Even though it's a battery powered car it is eye catching and extremely durable. You can definitely tell you've got the Mercedes of battery powered cars!

We ordered the Trail Blazer from Car Tots for our twins to use this summer. My husband and I love it just as much as the kids since we get to drive them around. It works great on our front lawn as well as on any other flat surfaces we have tested out. We take the kids on walks in evening for some family exercise too. They cannot wait to get back in there and sometimes will even just sit in it in the living room. Thank you for providing such an amazing ride on car and we may be back for a Christmas present too. Thanks again Car Tots!
