don't rent a car from them, you will be disappointed! I rented a car from them few weeks ago and I lost my money, time and patience. They overcharged me for service which was not provided and they let me wait for the car more than an hour. after all none of the staff wanted to take responsibility or at least try to solve the problem. That was the office in Katowice, however I also talk with another women from Kalisz so it looks like all company is incompetent and arrogant.
they rent a cars through their website and then you will find out that you getting a car from another company from the airport – but they still charge you all the additional cost which are added if the car is coming from town. forget if you want to complain. Person who deal with customer compliances has no idea about the meaning of words she/he used.
AVOID! If you looking for easy going journey this is not the rental you want to have.

Worst car service I have ever tried. The flight was late and I arrived at the desk at 10.05 pm. The operator said that I had to pay 30 euros for the night fee because at 10 pm the office closes. When I said that I was late because of the flight and there was no info about extra fees when I booked the car, he replied: 鈥淚f you don鈥檛 agree I can close and go home!鈥? The most aggressive and rude sales person I met!

I Needed to get an extension for a rental due to border shutdown. Also needed to drop car off at different location. After discussing unique situation Car Net waived the drop off fee and reduced the daily price because of the coronavirus and border shutdown. Originally rented through rentalcars.com and am working to update that review since I submitted it before second set of discussions with Car Net.
