This company is absolutely amazing. Their personal touch customer service is outstanding. I ordered a key from their site, and when it arrived I took it to the dealership to have it coded to my truck. The dealership stated they were able to code it but the code would not remain. I made contact with Car & Truck and they replaced it right away! Received the second key and had no problem!
I can't thank them enough for the exceptional service they provided me.

Hyundai wanted hundreds more the same remote. The Key Fod was just programed by the dealer and I saved a lot of money.

It鈥檚 hard to find honest businesses these days and I found them to be completely honest.. such that even when they made a mistake in their posting that caused me to order and receive the wrong part, they refunded everything, including the shipping, just as they promised. They come highly recommended in my book, because all humans make mistakes, but it鈥檚 5 stars and worthy of imitation when you own up and rectify them. I sincerely hope to be able to recommend them to many people in the future..

Bought a FOB and had it programmed by the dealer. Worked for a few days then stopped. Returned it and lost the $90 programming cost the dealer charged. Beware. Get an original replacement from a dealer that gives you a guarantee.

Ok I bought these in 2017 and yes it's 2020. Never had a chance to get them programmed until now. Of course they didn't work, I went to multiple places. Shame on me for not doing the program in 90 days but also feeling scammed 3 years later is not cool.

I initially ordered the wrong remote (grand cherokee instead of cherokee). They took back the wrong one and replaced it with the correct AND covered the postage! The locksmith was surprised to see the actual jeep logo and the remote works perfectly. Thank you for an excellent customer experience 🙂

this place is a rip off. they sold me a remote that doesn't work

I bought this key for a 2004 Lexus RX330 only to find out I could have bought it for half the price. The directions to activate the door locks were backwards. Great lipstick on a pig customer service. Won't shop here again.

silicone cover appears to fit well and should perform as expected BUT has an unremovable Ad for the company, printed and unobscurable . I don't allow my car to be badged, don't wear ads and and don't wish to advertise anyone, so very disappointed.

Horrible service, bad product. Stay clear from them! They did not do what they promised.They were rude and did not refund my expediated shipping when my product was not shipped on time.

I purchased a fob that did not work. I contacted the company. Their solution was for me to send the defective one back, they would send me another and I would bring back to locksmith, hoping that this second refurbished fob would work.
The locksmith replaced the defective fob and changed me a $10 fee. I communicated this to the company but got the answer "oh well". I asked for a $10 reimbursement which would be less than shipping and handling, but I was told that they could not.

Easy to order, great customer service, fast delivery and I took the key to be cut and programmed at a recommended locksmith from Car and Truck Remotes which turned out perfectly.. This was a great and financially cheap fix !!

My wife and I live in Bermuda. We own a 2008 Honda Fit. The keys to our car broke so we went on line to car and trucks remote website We ordered 2 remote keys and rec 2 plain keys. Kind of ironic given the company name.

I dropped my remote during the winter…bounced off my rocker panel and popped open…bounced into the snow. I found the case, the circuit board and battery but the rubber contact key pad went into another dimension and was never found. Less than $5 for the replacement case and rubber key pad plus $8 for international shipping to Canada. That's $13 American or $16.25 in Canadian funds (No Duty charges and No Sales Tax charges). A fraction of the cost of buying a new keyfob and programming. Product arrived 5 days earlier than scheduled. 5 minutes to install with a new battery and everything is working perfectly. Will recommend to anyone who will listen.

I received and unopened sealed package from Fed Ex with nothing but an invoice for $382.00 inside. I figured everybody makes mistakes, they just forgot to mail the keys. They told me to take it up with Fed Ex. Do not do business with this company.

I called in regards to a defective order for a refurbished remote for a Mazda CX-5 that I had received and really was put off by the customer service rep I spoke with. The key I had received had TWO unlock buttons, one of which is upside down on the remote. Lol. Idk how anyone could mess that up, but they did. When I told this to the customer service rep, he said that was odd and that thwy would have to make sure it was "in fact the remote that had been sent to me" before they'd replace it. As if I was lying and trying to do a switcheroo on them. Really? What a joke of a business. Now I have to ship the remote back, for them "to inspect it" and then wait additional days for a new shipment, all while I am trying to trade in my vehicle with a defective key. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I found my car's keyless remote fob a week after ordering a replacement and after they had shipped me the replacement. I called Car and Truck Remotes. They were courteous and helpful giving me no hassle. I received a full refund less the shipping ($2.99) within a few days of them getting the return.

This was easy to program and it worked. I'm usually frustrated and angry because the directions for things aren't clear and do not work. This was easy to follow and WORKED great. Congratulations on getting it right.

I purchased a FOB for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, the description said new. When I took it to a locksmith on their website he tried but the key would not take the program. I paid $120 for the program regardless and the locksmith said it was a used key. In the end I ended going to the dealer for the key and luckily the locksmith gave me a discount to program the second key which worked. When I asked for the programming fee to be reimbursed they where rude and denied sending me a used key. Never again will I use this company and do not recommend them for high end car keys.

Ordered a remote for my Grand Cherokee on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Monday morning. Considering that I live in Adelaide, South Australia I think that sort of delivery is sensational. Had the remote coded and the key cut by lunchtime, it works fine and I couldn't possibly be happier with Car and Truck Remotes.

Very easy to navigate the website. Received the remote in a few days. I had the option to purchase a new remote or a used one. I chose to get the used one even though it looks almost new. I liked the local locksmith search included with the online receipt…nice touch. I called the locksmith, and within 30 minutes of the initial call, I had a working remote. I also found a 15% off coupon online. Great experience.

I e-mailed this company to make sure the key fob would fit my car. I gave them the vin number and car details.
I then called them before i ordered, to make sure AGAIN it would be compatible with my car. They assured me it would.fit.
After taking it to an auto shop they showed me that the battery on my old fob was in a different place, so it would NOT work.
I called the company and was told I would have to pay shipping to send it back for a refund.
So I would be out $6.00 total shipping
and still would not have a working key fob. It was THEIR mistake , not mine.
Stay away from this rip off.

I needed a FOB for my CRV. Looked at several sites and there's appeared to be the best price but it wasn't clear if it came with the battery and blank key. Called and right away they gave me the answer it did. The FOB was at least $20 less then the nearest competitor. Shipment came in sooner than it was quoted.

Had it programmed by local locksmith and it works just like the original.

The programming instructions describe a method of programming new key fobs with an already programmed one, but that did not work for me. The instructions for removing all key fob mappings and subsequently programming in batch (old and new) worked, but it also confused me by not telling me to put the key fobs in the front cup holder rather than the back cup holder. I assumed the key fobs would be programmed in the back cup holder because the previous steps used the back cup holder. This confusion frustrated me for about 30 minutes before I searched for instructions online that told me to use the front cup holder, after which it took a few seconds to program all my fobs.

So the product is mostly fine, but the instructions should be clearer in this regard. 😀
