I bought boots for my son for Christmas. They were due to be delivered on the 16th. Here we are on 1/14/21 – no boots, no response to my emails, no one answering phones. I was charged for the boots on the date of purchase, but almost two months later, nothing has been received – not even an email!

I wanted to change up my wardrobe, i was confused on options to pick, but capthatt has an option to discover clothing and accessories. I was able to purchase a quality few which has since arrived, Thew customer service was very professional as they guided me through some processes. I would buy again soon.

I placed an order for 2 sweaters on September 16, 2020. Today is October 23, 2020. I have not received a confirmation, nor return email. When they took my money it shows in my account as cable and cord, not an online clothing store. I want my money back but there is no contact except email with no responder.

I ordered a Leif Neilson sweater in January and received the sweater 2 months later. The size I ordered was a medium and I was sent an XL. In addition, the product that was sent to me was mailed from China and was a counterfeit Leif Neilson sweater (didn't have the tag, identifying patch on the pocket, buttons were cheap, and the yarn was very thin and poor quality). The company tells you that you can track the progress of your order by logging to your account; however, there is no login section on their webpage and they will tell you as much if you inquire about it. They never made my tracking information known to me, and they did not send any update during the 2 month period to let me know what the status of my item and order was(as in letting me know it shipped or that there was a delay because the item was not in stock, etc.). If you try calling the number on their webpage, you get a message saying that the number is no longer in service so the only way to communicate with anyone is to email the query email listed on their main page.

I did not want the two sizes too big counterfeit item they sent me and e-mailed them regarding a full refund and have not heard anything back from them. At this point, everything about the company screams scam and I could not recommend that anyone use this to order clothing of any variety. The counterfeit is not even a good pass at the original item. I'm super frustrated and disappointed in the experience as well as the fact that I'm eating the loss on this item because nobody will get back to me about the return and refund.

I have also included a picture of the advertised product, confirmation of purchase e-mail to verify that this was purchased through capthatt, the received product, the product in package (XL sticker) with envelope and tracking number and Chinese carrier info, and confirmation e-mail that gave a tracking number that matches the packaging.

I received a very good service from Capthatt As they were Xmas presents my sons haven鈥檛 received them yet but I know they will be happy. They appear to be the only company that have a great selection of Ted Baker underwear in XL even Ted himself hasn鈥檛 got them very happy about that. I got a personal service when I emailed about an item. A swift genuine reply followed. My order came very quickly and free postage and return to Ireland is just amazing. I also received a voucher for 10% off my next order. Well done Capthatt my first time to buy but certainly not my last Happy Christmas to all.

Bought sweater at capthatt for my sons birthdays. I've given 5*'s as it fits as expected, based on prior reviews about sizing and fit. He is slim and works out. Quality and styling is great and my son was super happy with it.

Yeah, this is one I feel a little bad about…but not really :)! I bought a waterproof laptop bag for my cousin from Capthatt and loved it so much I ended up keeping it for myself. The bag is unisex looking, and is handy for when I'm between classes.

I will be getting a new laptop bag for my cousin soon though…so it's all good.

I was looking for a gift, namely some men's accessories and Capthatt.com came up trumps. The styling of the pieces they had were not anything I could find in the shop…so all round please with my experience.

Long story short, I was looking for a gift for a male relative of mine who is young, trendy and very much into his music. Rather than enduring the scowls that come with giving a "naff gift" I headed on to Capthatt and got some very stylish men's bracelets and a couple of slim fit shirts. There were smiles all round – for once!
