Absolutely appalling service. They are quick to take your money and then dont deliver on their end. You can never contact them and they do not respond to emails. After spending $440 AUD i am still yet to receive my drawing which i purchased for a christmas present. I made it very clear it was a Christmas present and they assured me it would be 10 working days. We are almost double that timeframe now and no answers to how much longer my drawing will be. By far the worst most unhelpful experience.
I have no faith left in this company or that my drawing will even arrive by Christmas or even at all so stay away and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people.

What a scam, I wanted to get a portrait done for my mum's 70th bday. Sent in 6 individual photos and after waiting waiting waiting considerably more time than expected finally received the drawing two days before mum's birthday and it was appalling. Everyone who saw it fell into hysterics. I don't even look like a human. After paying $198AUD for this piece of rubbish I then had to find something else for her in two days. When I decided on this gift I thought it was so thoughtful. I contacted them through a review on Facebook, turns out he most likely paid the reviewers. I myself posted an honest review that was deleted very swiftly. I am however looking for more places to review because the fact that they do not respond to any of my emails is very unprofessional. It's a scam guys and don't waste your money.
