Overall the company was pleasant and easy to deal with. Never had to make a claim. Only 3 stars because they have stopped insuring laptops and now I cand find anywhere to insure my laptop as it鈥檚 over 6months old and top speck. Nightmare

Very cheap, convenient and easy to deal with

Very hard to get hold of anyone to discuss anything. Not made aware that cover had ended! Apparently was sent renewal reminders, but when called to ask why direct debit not taken, was told that wouldn鈥檛 offer cover for my MacBook Pro anymore. I鈥檇 suggest looking for a more established and engaging company for your insurance!

Signing up was easy, straight forward and simple.
Their customer service was great as I had a small issue regarding the insurance, they cleared it up and I was ready to go.

Regarding the claims, I have not made any so I cannot comment on this, but their sign up process and customer service was great.

Captain cover service did not provide a quick turnaround on the repair service 5-7 days quoted.
They did not offer an alternative repair service.
I have since found that I can get the repair done by taking the device to a repair centre and they will turn it around in 1 hour!
