Capri Shop

I placed an order on 1st April and they never sent the confirmation email, which was supposed to have included payment instructions. I called twice and emailed thrice with no response. Today is the 23rd. Their site requires a good bit of personal information. Since then, I've seen an uptick in phone & email spam, phishing and spear phishing. I can only assume this is related to the details provided to CapriShop.com because they're the only new entity that I've shared personally identifying information with during the past 3 months.

Got my products fast an good service!

ordered something. no immediate email from the website that the order was placed, while it was been paid with paypal.
two days later and 5 emails from me, just an automatic email:
'to be shipped'
then
'canceled'
then 'to be shipped'
and the a refund without any comment…
please, be professional!

never had this with other companies. and why is the site in Dutch, while the shipping comes from Spain? Very confusing.

A little skeptical at first with overseas shipping and sketchy looking website… but zero issues with my order, it arrived in a reasonable time and as expected. Would order from them again.

I thought this shop was really cool at 1st but after they sent me the wrong order and ignored all my following emails I changed my mind! I would strongly suggest that you don't order from this shop they clearly don't care about there customers at all! I didn鈥檛 even want a refund all I was asking was if they could re send my item, but obviously that鈥檚 too hard
