Coming from London, thought that Newcastle wouldn't come close to the stores down south, but happy to be proved wrong! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in picking out stuff that I liked. And what their store doesn't have the website does, will definitely be heading back!

I have placed many orders with Capology, they have a great range of clothing and headgear. Appallingly over my last 4 orders, yes 4, at least one item (if not more..) from each order was unavailable, almost always my favourite item.

I was informed that the problem was due to the item being sold in the store and so the stock levels were in transition at the time of my request. It's totally out of our control as a Warehouse and sister venue to the store I was told. On one of my orders, I was given the option to pick a replacement item from the website, I was told it would be dispatched that day. You guessed it, that was out of stock too.

Every time this happened to me, I was offered a 10% discount off my next order. 10% off my next order, which will inevitably lead to 10% off the next one as they clearly cannot update their stock effectively. Disappointing that this is the best they can come up with for an apology. The same discount that they probably have as a promotion and the same discount one would receive for signing up for their newsletter.

All in all, I'll be looking to get my gear elsewhere which is a shame.

The range of caps Capology have is crazy and is definitely a unique selling point of the store. As well as the caps their offering as far as streetwear go are on point as well with all the big names in the industry under their Capology roof. Their flagship store is pretty amazing as well and is definitely worth the visit if you are ever in Newcastle.

The new store is in the perfect location to create an urban vibe, the interior makes the shopping experience a whole lot funkier. They've pretty much managed to mix art and fashion to create some sort of story in the place. The clothes are cleverly unique and fresh in a major city like Newcastle, making this store a one off and somewhere you can purchase something everybody else won't have. Customer service is great and the staff are really knowledgeable about the brands and items they sell – which is very important of an independent retailer. The layout is on point, as is the music, and the items available are exactly what young people interested in urban fashion need.

One of the best shop fits i have ever seen and fits perfectly with the products and brands being sold in there. Great range of street wear apparel and the staffs knowledge of the brands makes it easy too answer any questions you may have from hat sizing to T-shirt fit.

The Capology flagship store in Newcastle is one of the best concepts and designs I have seen in the city. The staff are always welcoming and polite, and happy to help.

I have followed Capology ever since its introduction in 2012 and have watched the development and growth of the brand ever since. A great concept, Capology suits all my needs – stocking the best urban streewear in the market. I am particularly keen on the 10 Deep clothing range and always look forward to their season falls. Capology possess a healthy balance between stocking worldwide recognisable and independent brands. I make orders frequently – all of which have been processed efficiently. The new store on High Bridge Street is immense – decorated in cool, urban-referenced images plus the addition of the Barber Shop (which I had my hair cut and styled in just the other week) makes for a sensational, unique feel. Highly recommended. Warning: Very addictive!

This store has to be the coolest store in the UK! So much choice from clothing and hats that cater for all kinds of styles. Every order that i have made on their website has been next day delivery and the product has always been amazing! I would highly recommend this store to anybody. Great team and great company they have!

As a Stylist I have shopped with many stores; online and in-store and I want to credit Capology as one of the best companies I have worked with. From their excellent customer service to their variety of hats and clothing, Capology has quickly become one of the best streetwear stores in the UK. The store's design is worth a look at; something so different, but so fitting.

You need to check out this site! Huge range of snapbacks – i bought 3 snapbacks and they all got delivered the next day! If you love streetwear this is the site for you plus their store is awesome!!!

Ordered 2 lots of items, payed for next day delivery on both, first set arrived fine, never even recieved my next set of items, emailed the sight and got told my order has beeen complete even though they asked for my tracking code (which I didn't recieve) and will no longer reply to my emails

I found the company on google and bought a cap for Christmas present. Was delivered really quickly and the packaging was superb. Came in a special box with sticker on. Have gave this to my son as it is cause it looks so good!!

Go look at this shop it's the business ,quality stuff bit different to what you can buy down in Chichester West Sussex shops so dull

First became aware of the shop in october on a trip to Newcastle. Its a nice place with plenty of choice and good helpful and friendly staff. We were told they were going online soon. We decided to wait until nearer xmas to order what we wanted.

Went online and chose our presents and were glad to see the free delivery offer. Paid and made contact by phone as i had a card issue which was immediately sorted. The order came in a couple of days. Well packaged with great wrapping which makes it look a more classier gift. My only slight critisism is they are a little slow to respond to emails. But i will forgive them as they are new to online and its not easy to keep up.

I would strongly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
