NO STARS is the best rating for them. I was assigned to their subcontractor Capital Workspaces to deal with my mail. This place is the worst on the planet. Capital Workspaces nor Anytimemailbox.com had added the names in the account that should have been. when I emailed Mark McMahon who is supposed to be running the office for Capital Workspace about this issue he wanted to have a phone call. You have to remember I believed these emails were private between me and the mark. I called in to speak with Mark and a Rude, Nasty, and Unprofessional guy named Ben answered and said he was the property manager and he had been reading these private emails. When I asked questions and wanted answers he kept hanging up. He told me on these recorded calls that he was busy and he had no time to be on the phone.
When the complaint was taken to Mark he lied and told me that Capital Workspaces and anytimemailbox.com had ended my services. But when I spoke with Imee (supervisor)from anytimemailbox.com she said this was untrue. That he could not just end the services.
But in the end, anytimemailbox.com did not stand up for the paying customer. They sided with the rude and unprofessional people at Capital Workspaces. They acted as if I was the problem and Capital Workspaces was the victim when in fact Capital Workspaces had not done their job. They breached the security of my account and private emails. They took the money and did not provide the services they advertised.
Anytimemailbox.xom refused to be on the side of the customer.
