We had a great experience with Capital Dental for our reconditioned digital pano machine. Linda was courteous and proactive in communicating with us without being intrusive. The transaction went very smoothly, and they made it a seamless transition, taking our old machine out and installing the new one. The finances were also handled well. Thank you!

We purchased a Vatech CBCT from them 2 years ago. We have had problems with the unit a month into its use. Even though we were still under warranty until last May, the issues haven't been resolved. In the meantime all the people we have been in contact with , including the director of the company, have all left.
My IT company has been trying to work with them for over 6 months now and we are still not functioning well. I'm continuing to limp on with this unit because I still have a 3 year loan.
I would be very cautious from purchasing from them again. Even with a warranty

We all make mistakes, but acknowledging and fixing your mistakes is good customer service – that's not what happened. I purchased a "recertified" CBCT with the understanding that it had been thoroughly inspected and qualified before installation in my office. When the machine showed up, not only had it NOT been recertified, it hadn't even been taken back to the Capital Dental shop for a once over. This led to both software and hardware issues and missing equipment that had to be ordered and sent later. This took a 2 day installation and training to almost 10 days. I reached out to the sales rep to figure out how we were going to fix the problem and nobody ever contacted me to acknowledge the mistake, apologize, or talk about how to make it right. I was ignored. The technician who came to do the installation was patient and communicative, but he was not responsible for the problem in the first place. I was told to "reschedule my patients" to accommodate for the delays costing me time and money and delaying care for patients. To this day I have not been contacted by anyone from Capital Dental for the follow up training that I was supposed to receive. The machine was finally installed correctly and works well at no additional cost to me, but this was a big purchase for me and I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled.
