First of all everything they do is for there benefit and not yours, they have no interest in organizing things for the benefit of there customers and report misleading and incorrect information to HMRC regarding your affairs. In my case they chose to repay a tax refund via PAYE even though I was not receiving a regular income from them just so they could hang onto my money for as long as possible. In the process they prevented me getting a lump sum repayment from HMRC that I could have re-invested, this went on for over a year. In another case they generated a false P60 containing wrong information and 6 months later they are still denying this fact, they simply cannot add up. There claim is they use a 3rd party company (apparently that excuses them). There response time is very slow, measured in months and they only provide business rate access by telephone.
My advice, forget you ever heard of them and go elsewhere.
