If there was an option for 0/5 I'd have chosen it.

I was sold a MacBook Pro in November 2019. After opening the sealed box and switching on the laptop I discovered the battery would not work and could only run off a power supply. I took the MacBook to Apple and they ran tests on it showing the laptop had been registered in November 2018! It had also had 3 complete battery charges.

This shows the MacBook was NOT brand new even though it was sold as new. Capi reply saying the company they buy them from registered it as it was expected to sell in November 2018.

Why should a company be registering devices when this is the customers role to activate the 1 year Apple warranty. They are not accepting any responsibility and have broken laws in selling a product 'as new' when it has been previously used. I will be seeking legal action against them.

Stay away from this shop at all costs and if you have purchased anything from them I'd highly recommend you check the date your product was registered.

I am a regular flyer from Amsterdam airport and have bought several items from Capi-Lux electronics for nearly a year, because of their outstanding customer service and knowledgeable sales staff (special mention to Marijn Van De Velde). I had some issues with my recent purchase of the top of the range Sony WH-1000X M2 noise cancelling headphones. I contacted customer care (Thank you Dorcila ) who without any argument offered to replace them with the new model WH-1000X M3! This exceeded my expectations and made me a very happy customer. This is a company that puts the customer first and who is successfully creating loyal customers. I am singing their praise to anyone willing to listen. Buy from Capi !

I bought my Bose QC35 wireless headphones with noise canceling at the Amsterdam airport, very happy with the service. I was even happier when they broke just about one year later and making the claim, sending the faulty product and getting a new one at No cost was a painless process. The communication was very professional, they kept me up to date with the latest development on the claim and sent me back a brand new pair of headphones, simply very good service.

Bought a Samsung j3. Enquired if it was the 2017 model. Staff didn't know so called the manager. Yes was the answer. Came home and opened the box, surprise surprise, it was the 2016 model. Chances of getting a refund? Zero (no refund when the phone has been used and you only know which model it is when turning the phone on). Nice one Capi . They know the customer is out of the airport before the find out.

I got some head phones Sony MDR 1000, but they got some production problems with them, so the head ban was cracking. First it would take Sony almost 2 month, but then I called the head of Capi in copenhagen airport, lasse where I bought them and he was so nice an friendly, also his staff is really good. He told and then I will get a new pair. wov
