Update 11/19/2019
It has been over two weeks that I requested a refund of my fees back. I was told by Crystal Moye that it would be 3-5 days before I hear back from anyone. This was 11/4/2019. I called in 11/8 and spoke with Crystal again she told me that the supervisor should be contacting me. She was again sending him the information. She promised me a call back on 11/13/19. She even took the time that I would be available to speak. This time came and went and no Call from Crystal. I called in and asked to speak directly to her. I got a Rep who said she was on the phone and relayed to me that the supervisor needs to talk to me before any refund are issued. I was told they were emailing the supervisor again. His name is Kevin P. So I called back in Friday 11/15/2019. Spoke to another Rep who said Kevin P was not in the office. But he was coming in later that day. He will email him to let him know that i have been waiting. Monday 11/18/2019 comes by no call from supervisor. I called in again waited on hold for 30 minutes the phone was answered by the same rep from last Wednesday. He said he would email Kevin P and his Supervisor to call me. So Tuesday 11/19/2019 i get a call from Kevin P. He started the call by asking why I am requesting the fees back. I explain the situation again to him why trying not to loose it. Because this has already been explained and recorded. He then told me that he could not approve the amount that I was looking for a refund for. He would need to escalate it up and it would be another 3-5 days. I snapped asking why is it going to take 3-5 days when its been two weeks already. He gets defensive and rude and states that he has only had my case for 2 days. He also stated that he and Crystal supervisor had to sit down with her to reprimand her for not forwarding cases like she should of. So he threw her under the bus. He did not take ownership at all. When I called him out saying that multiple rep have emailed him he insisted that he never got any of the email. I asked for his manager and he argued with me saying he didnt have one. He could have the floor manager give me a call. But he needs a reason for him to call me. I asked him are you serious you need a reason. He argued with me still. So he promised me that Felipe would be giving me a call. Which i doubt,
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY NEED SHUT DOWN! THEY RESPONDED BACK TO THIS REVIEW SAYING THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT. THEY HAVE YET TO CALL ME.
