I ordered on the 1st of june and they said it was distributed 2th & 3th but i still heard nothing of it… i know in these times of corona its not easy but at least let me know if it will take longer so i won鈥檛 be waiting all day and then still got no news

Product ordered May 4th today still not received, they even called me more than 10 days ago because I was complaining and they told to me that in max one week I would have received my package. Today still nothing and even the communication with them is not the best. I try to open an investigation with Austrian post but nothing happen.

I'm very disappointed! I did not received my order, from 20th of May. I've paid for it, and still not send, only distributed on Austrian post office.
'ive contact with post office, they replied to me, try to reach sender.
Than I've sent an e-mail to Canvory customer service, and no answer!
16.06.2020 update: I got my order on 5 th of June . But I鈥檓 still convinced about that, there was a stock issue! The post office didn鈥檛 have the package until 3nd of June! The tracking history shows clearly! Than I鈥檝e received within 3 days as it was the case previously! So please don鈥檛 try to explain with regular shipping times etc!
Update: 17.06.2020
The shop鈥檚 customer service contacted me to explain the situation. That is giving the indication to me, they really care about their customer and the reviews. Finally I would accept the explanation and getting the result, the slow shipping most likely happens due to the post offices of Austria. Therefore I鈥檝e changed to 3 馃専.
Keep going to the right way to improve the customer experience! And folks keep doing reviews to help them on this!

When I receive my order, I will update my score, you did your job, but you have to talk to your shipping partners to try to be faster, so your business gets hurt.

i recieved my cbd buds today and i gotta say its verry high quality the buds are compact and crunchy it tastes verry fresh , canvory delivers a verry good job with their cbd you have so many choices of buds its really hard to choose but anyway im gonna buy more cbd in the future!!

Impressed with the quality of service, packaging & shipment tracking.
I've ordered Krazy Strawberry & Silver Haze, while the Silver Haze is not really my taste, the Krazy Strawberry was one of the best I've ever smoked, just recently ordered again, and this time I've picked 4 different strains instead of just 2, but in the "rush" to finish the order, forgot to grab some Paper & Filters, hence, one thing I wish they'd offer, is the ability to edit an order, and add more to it, technically this is a pretty complicated feature, but I hope they'll add it at one point.

Totally recomend it. Very good quality and taste. Even the very cheapest one worth, i tryed that outdoor one very cheap and that made me try the indoors. Canvory is serious as they say.

placed an order on the 28Feb, received the tracking number which states at Austria鈥檚 post as just a shipping order product still with provider.
Today is Mar 3 I鈥檝e emailed Canvory鈥檚 support twice and no replies. Tried calling but no matter what timw of the day it always comes an automatic message…
Can I really trust these gus?

I have ordered bernese alps kush, when I received the product I realised that it's not the same buds like in the photo but they were browner and in the photo were green and also I asked them if I can make tea from the cannabis buds but they did not respond, on the site in product description says that they are bio buds but not intended for consumption.

Amazing products! One time they accidently send me the wrong order (very rarely happens), I contacted customer's support and not even an hour later got a reply telling me thay they would send the right one the next work day.
For the customer's support alone would I order form this site.

Updated review: After getting in touch with the Canvory support I finally got my order today (2/3). It was ordered around Christmas, but better late than never. The problem wasn't on their end though, the first pack seem to have been lost at Vienna Airport. Canvory sent out a second pack that arrived fast!

i got my order of the 10 grams pineapple express strain, very low quality, the buds are very dry, so dry i didnt even think it was weed but some other herb that looked similar to it, smells funny, contains 0 crystals, you feel nothing smoking it since its only 6% cbd, feels like this is the just biomass smoke and it hurts to inhale it, lungs feel funny afterwards.
I even used my dry herb vaporizer and it doesnt even do any smoke … this is because of its dryness…
Very weird after taste.
When i try to write a review on the site it wont let me do so.
I give it a 1 star for the buds and flowers, specially the pineapple express, wont be buying again.
Never seen this bad quality in my life.
