From February to March 2020, we were his supplier, but they ordered goods for US$20,000 but only delivered US$10,000. The remaining US$10,000 has not been paid. We have been contacting them on Skype, but They have been escaping.
Their boss also sexually harassed female employees and forced college graduates to work overtime, requiring employees to work every day until early in the morning. This is what their employees said in the work group, and then the employee was forced to kick out of the group.

CONSUMER WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CANVAS IN HOUSE! SCAM, LIARS, CHEATS, THEY THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID!!! I bought my son a Christmas canvas without a frame in Dec. The canvas arrived in Jan.

Not made of canvas, it's cheap paper thin with spots
Blurry images, colours are soft/faded, edges are runny
Dimensions are wrong, frame sizes that THEY sent me to make frames are off
One panel has a big white scratch across middle of print
Bought wood, made frames, print is too small for the frames.
Spent $80 on materials to build frames, 4+ hours to make.

Now April 9th, Below is the back and forth w Sophie Brown to get a refund for the wrong size, terrible product, and scratched panel.

1. 2/16 Due to Corona and suppliers closed, not taking new orders if you want to purchase a frame. (I don't want a frame, I want a full refund and will ship you your defective paper copy!)

2. 2/17 We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you with more details. Please kindly wait. Please process my refund.

3. 2/22 You can purchase frames for your canvas art here. We would like to offer 15% off your next order as thanks. Please enter promo code: RETURN15 (I don't want to buy more products, I want my money back for the defective product you shipped me)

4. 2/24 We've been looking at your case and have decided to issue you a refund. You can return canvas to our China warehouse. After we receive your returned canvas, we will give you a full refund which is $44.95 . Second, it would be costly for you in time/money, we won't require you to do that but we will refund $35.96. In order to get your refund, please file a chargeback against us via Paypal. (I did not pay through PayPal, why would I pay a service charge for a defective product that YOUR company sent me)
If you used a credit card to pay for the merchandise, you should contact your credit card issuer and file a dispute. (I contacted Visa and they said you simply need to credit my Visa back full amount. They cannot open a dispute)

5. 3/7 (Please credit my Visa back $44.95 USD ASAP. order #181412. You shipped me a canvas that was too small for frame, one panel scratched, still waiting for my Visa refund, almost 1 month later) Due to some reasons, Paypal won't let us refund directly to your account. That's why we ask you to file a chargeback against us to get back the amount. (Again, I did not pay through PAYPAL and don't care what your issue is, you need to credit my Visa back please)

6. 3/9 We wish we could just refund your money back directly via Paypal. However, we are unable to do so at this moment since there may have some problems with our system. (Again, it was paid on my Visa. Please credit back my visa the full amount today. Visa won't open a chargeback, they said you need to credit my Visa back immediately. Please confirm).

7. 3/9 (Sophie, 4th time, I paid for the canvas with Visa.
Please punch my Visa # into your machine and credit my money back in full. I DO NOT care about your system issues. You wanted me to purchase frames 2 weeks ago so your systems work fine). If you used your visa card to process your payment, please contact directly your bank or card provider. They will guide you through the process of filing a chargeback.

8. 3/10 (Sophie, for the 5th time, I did that last week and they said you need to credit my card back directly. I just called again and they said the same thing. You need to credit the charge back now!) We are discussing with our team about the problem and will come up with a solution to it soon.

9. 3/18 (What鈥檚 going on?) Paypal kept a lot of our money during corona, we think refunds should be done now, we cant refund money directly to our customers via Paypal, but by opening disputes on Paypal.

10. 3/24 (Sophie where is my money? This is ridiculous now) Have you opened a dispute yet?

11. 3/26 No, Visa won't do anything

12. 4/9 Still no refund!

Canvas in house is quality and fast. If I have a criticism it is precise control of image placement in the online web app. But if they see anything wrong they contact you.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a canvas print of the New England Patriots for my son鈥檚 room. Somehow I was charged 2 prints instead of one. They do not have a phone number so you rely on email contact. After a few weeks I was reimbursed for the extra charge. After the ordeal I went through I cancelled my order, which was never shipped. The cancellation went through but they were not able to refund me. I have been on a wild goose chase for the past almost 2 months between my bank, PayPal, and Canvas In House. The customer service is unacceptable! I ended up ordering the same print, cheaper from Amazon, received it in less than a week with zero problems. Never again!

Edit: I was advised due to issues with regulations with shipping my canvas had been delayed. I was given a prompt refund.

I spent over $100 on my canvas, purchased over 2 weeks ago and havent even heard anything about shipping. Pretty disappointed on the lack of communication. I hope I atleast receive the product sometime, I wont be AS disappointed.

Ordered my canvas over 10 days ago, they took the money out of my account and I have had no updates what-so-ever about when my canvas will be shipped or if it's even been processed. I have emailed their customer service department everyday this week with no replies at all. All I want to know is when it will be shipped, but nothing. Last 2 emails I sent them was to cancel my order…..and still no response. Probably the worst company I have ever ordered from online!

The canvas is of terrible quality and not as described when bought. I wouldn't have bought the canvas i was sent for even $1. The customer service is terrible. I wouldn't let my worst enemy shop here. Please don't waste your money on any of these terrible prouducts

I am from Alberta Canada.
Bought a framed picture of Metallica for my son.
It took awhile to get it however they emailed me constantly to update me.
When we got it.
My son absolutely loved it.
I would buy another one from them for sure.
However I would make sure I have a month for delivery cause it came from China.

My 15 year old son spent some of his Christmas money on a set of 5 prints for his room. He ordered them unframed, thinking that this meant without a literal frame around them. It seems that what they actually mean by this is that the canvases are not stretched around a frame or board, and that you have to do this yourself. They just came rolled up in a tube, so we will have to go to the expense and effort of getting board cut to size to attach the canvas to. I do think this is very misleading – as someone with an art background I would refer to loose canvas being stretched, not framed, which implies something quite different. Disappointing.

horrible customer service. Sends the wrong product and lies about it saying that it is right. Save you money and time. If your order is wrong in the slightest, they tell you to get bent. Seriously this is why people use Amazon.
