It was delivered a day early by a freight truck, which was very impressive for a canvas that was 84×84 inches. At first when I was going to check out, I thought it was expensive, over $1100, but when we opened the box and saw how meticulously crafted the canvas was, from top to bottom, I was so impressed. I think the canvas is great, it was packed in a crate and there's no way that thing would get damaged. It was pricey though, I understand why.

Packaged very well, wired, and nicely stretched canvas. I ordered a large canvas, and the center back support bar has a ridge and was a little close to the canvas, and I had to be carefully pressing too hard with my brush when painting on a horizontal surface.

Once I reported the problem with the shipped canvas the company called me and the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to say also that the canvas with the ding in it was able to be repaired and the ding is no longer visible or even there! I will continue to purchase from this fine company knowing that they stand behind their products.
