Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a 24 x 36 canvas and they sent one half an inch too short on each side, causing it to fall through the frame. They said they would send a replacement and did the exact same thing again. How hard is it to measure, especially when fixing an error? Frames require correct sizing, so now I have to order through someone else because they refuse to produce a 24 x 36 canvas and measure it prior to sending it to ensure quality and accuracy. They'll give me my money back, but not the correct product ordered. Terrible experience! Don't waste your time!

So rude and unprofessional. We used a Groupon and they made us pay shipping three times instead of allow us to not spend $15 on each one to ship such an unhonest way to do business. Then when the canvas came in terrible quality I reached out to them and heard back two weeks later that we can destroy the one we have and they will send another. How ridiculous? Just send a new one and stop being a jerk. This company should be shut down

I had ordered a canvas from yall last year. Turned out good so I ordered another one this year!

It looks terrible, the picture is off center, heads are cut off… Why wouldn't anyone notice this before mailing it out?
I have sent several emails trying to receive the correct canvas with a centered photo and for some reason Noone is helping me get this issue corrected. It is supposed to be a Christmas present.
Can I please have this photo remade or get my money back to go somewhere that will make it correctly attached is the photo I need.
Also attached is the photo that was printed all. Wrong

These came super fast in the mail. I don't even think it took 8 days. They were well packaged and are absolutely beautiful! Would recommend to anyone!

I'm an artist that needs reasonably priced pieces to resell. They do a pretty good job with my work, mind you I send them professional images that are sized, corrected, and balanced. Every so often I might get a miss but any issue has been resolved or is not that big a deal. Sometimes the shipper damages items but not their fault.

I just received the 6 12×16" canvases that I ordered. Shipping was reasonable and I am so pleased with the quality and crispness of the pictures. They are beautiful! I used a Groupon and feel that the price to ship was reasonable, although I could only do 2 at a time so had to pay shipping 3x. Overall, very pleased with this company and the final product. Haven't hung them yet but included a picture of them anyhow.

I recently had a photo from the 1930's enlarged on canvas and I kept my fingers crossed that it wouldn't come out blurry! I was so happy when I received the product (approximately 16 x 24) clear and beautiful. This is a family heirloom that will be proudly displayed for generations! Thank you CanvasOnSale!

The "blanket" I ordered was terrible quality. The picture was distorted with multiple white marks through it. Not much bigger than a laundry basket. Not even big enough for my 4 month old grandson. I'm extremely disappointed. NEVER again.

This is my 3rd photo to canvas this year and now you've got me sounding much of my free time looking for other worthy photos to enlarge. Hell, with your pricing I can take a photo of the sky and feel good about enlarging it! Your finished product are just beautiful!

Customer service is NON EXISTENT. I received a canvas print that looked nice but was not very good quality because it was darker than the digital photo that I sent for the order. I sent an email to 2 of their listed contacts and got no response. I tried using the "chat" feature and kept getting the same statement about looking at their FAQs or using one of the email addresses listed, based on the specific issue. There was no chat – it was only the same automated responses over an over again. After a few days, I called the Help number and got put on hold with a repeating message every 4 minutes and then I was disconnected. So I tried calling again a day later and had the same experience. I was on hold for 30 minutes, listened to the same message (a customer service agent will be with you shortly) every 4 minutes, and then was disconnected again. I received no response via email, chat, or a phone call to the Help desk. They have the worst customer service and no commitment to producing a quality product. I decided to order from canvasonline because of the very good reviews. My experience has been very very frustrating. I cannot trust canvasonline.
