What to say is it bad or is it fraud, i say both since this company is so much glorified over the web with vieling prices. So seemingly falling in thier trapweb i ordered on 29.11.2020 some canvas prints and standalone photo prints for my loved one's birthday on 8. 12. 20. I requested for a delivery on 7. 12. 2020 as 8th was the limit of their accepted delivery time. Birthday gone and a week have now been lapsed (a total of 16 days from the date of my order) and they are still in production. Guys its photos not movie. Your IVR or bots customer care executives under various names (i guess disguised) are unable to comprehend the problems. Attached all the proofs herewith which patently discloses such mischievous and misleading company camvass champ really is.

Mr. Jainam shah i saw your profile on linkedin and other blogs also seems to be very impressive and foresighted but such kind of activities and response from your end will lead to a definite failure. You are requested to kindly give me a specific date of delivery or refund my money immediately. I dont want to hear execuses like bulk ordering or covid -19 situation causing delay in my order as if that have been a case you should have calculated my delivery date based on all such events as been done by amazon flipkart or your competitors infact like zoomin, etc.

If you are not even listening to lawyers like me then i dont kno what will motivate you. Kindly improve the ongoing system of your company and be professional and please dont force me further, we have already lots of legal issues to be settled here in India. I can also approach ministry of corporate affairs or commerce and industry if you want for necessary directions if you need so. Two Core principals of a business should always be remembered "Customer" and "Promises" by a company like yours.

Dont know about other countries, but through India site my 4 x 6 prints turned out dull faded and horrible. I wonder how can they do large size wall mountings when they cant even get small photo prints right. The customer service replies with some stupid answers but donot accept their cheap quality product.

canvaschamp.in ruined my photos that are uploaded with high quality also. My digital copies uploaded for prints are of high quality taken by professional photographers at my family functions. Still the prints turned out dull and faded. I wonder how can they do large size wall mountings when they cant even get small photo prints right. The customer service replies with some stupid answers but donot accept their cheap quality product. I could get excellent prints from my local printer from the photos taken by my mobile.

The price is too high…even though I ordered on canvaschamp based on the reviews…but I Guess most of the reviews are fake!!! What I received is a cheap flexi print which I can just order anywhere..THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDER HERE N WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!Beware

They take a decade to ship orders and even if you give them that time, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered on the scheduled date. The customer service team makes false promises and there are no follow ups ever. They make no extra attempt to resolve your problem or offer anything as a mark of an apology.

The interface of the website sucks. The telephone number of their customer support is never reachable. Just beware and stay away from this brand.

The quality print is good, but the price is too much. There was a huge increase in all the photo print prices, and they did this in only one day. Very bad, since, now you pay more than the double for the same photo…
