Shreyas plastic is behind the production of all these items, I must appreciate their customer service responses although they do not know what's going on but they do pick up phones, reply your emails and do the online chats
People be careful while ordering anything as these type of companies will put you in a situation where you can only repent on yourself on why didn't I read the reviews before ordering , you must have noticed that on their website you cannot write review, so from where all those rating and views are coming it's just fooling customers (Be watchfull) the embarrasment and stress you gothrough is not worth it, so if you have ample time only than try them i have read other views on the quality of product they produce which make me belive that their work is not relaible because prints for me are fine which further brought me on the conclusion that order at your own risk people as they are not relaible business

One canvas has a puncture in the top corner, a hole right through the canvas on the front, and a major wrinkle/warp near the side of the canvas. One canvas has scratches all over it when you look at it, and it was one of the canvases in the middle so it couldn't have been from the delivery, I think it was scratched up in the production. One canvas also has a drop of white on it right on the middle of the image. I have tried gently taking it off but it's stuck there. I'm afraid to get aggressive with it, I might completely tear the image off and then it'll look even worse.
I ordered these canvases as part of my art show I have at a gallery coming in 2 weeks. I was stressed and freaking out, wondering when they would be delivered. 5 out of the 9 canvases are damaged. I will not be able to sell them.
I contacted CanvasChamp about the damaged canvases with an "order ticket" on their website. After about a week, they finally got around to replying. I immediately sent them images of all the damaged canvases they didn't have to ask. But, that didn't stop them from asking me about 3 more times for more pictures.I sent them whatever they wanted. They asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Well, a replacement was already too late. I didn't need replacements, as they would take another 5 weeks to deliver, and my art show was in 2 weeks. So I asked for a refund or credit.About 10 emails back and forth over the past 2 months, and I still haven't received my refund or credit.
The prices for CanvasChamp are very cheap compared to local companies, as the production is in India, where labor prices are cheap. But you have to consider if it's worth it. My canvases were delivered with scratches, tears, white blemishes, holes, cracks and scrapes. An art dealer pointed out to me their canvases are not straight but warped. They use cheap wood for the frame. He put the frames on the tiled floor, to show they weren't straight. Also the canvas they use isn't real canvas it's like vinyl. I think it's more likely to puncture, tear, stretch, indent and scratch. Two of my canvases had looses canvases, where they looked droopy hanging on the wall — and everyone made comments. Real canvas has some "give" to it.
My canvases were delivered looking like they were tied to the back of a truck and dragged. What's worse is CanvasChamp have not credited me, or refunded me as they said they would.
Horrible business.
