Super easy to upload my work and select sizes! I just hope the quality is as good as everyone says… if so I will be ordering many more things from you in the future!^_^ just received my art, three pieces, each 30"x30" AMAZING! They turned out beautiful but yes, I wait almost 2 weeks due to Corona!

I placed an order for a customised puzzle for a friend's birthday and wanted it at least before I left town. It said it would be delivered by today but is still in production. I tried raising a ticket and calling customer care. But I have received no response whatsoever. After making a big payment for this, I expect at least decent customer service. No one even answers your call!

Lousy experience, delivered 3 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is that I haven't had a chance to open the puzzle and put it together so I don't know the quality of the product, only the quality of the customer service which was crap. I ordered a custom puzzle of one of my father's photographs for Christmas. The order was guaranteed by December 25th. A few days before I reached out to the company because I saw that it had not shipped. They were unable to tell me if it would arrive in time or tell me the status of my order. On December 25th I received an email that my order has been shipped, however when I clicked the link I learned that they had only printed the address label. The package did not arrive at the delivery service for 2-3 more days. This is an important detail because I understand that delivery services were overwhelmed due to the pandemic and things were running late. That would be understandable and not Canvas Champ's fault. Canvas Champ failed to have the product ready to be shipped until days past the guaranteed delivery date. This is not a problem with slow delivery on a national scale, this is a problem with this company taking on more work than they can realistically complete and failing to notify customers even when they were asking about it. I should have gone to Walgreens and gotten it there. I will never order from Canvas Champ again and can not recommend that you do either.

Edit: I strongly suspect that this review will get a canned response from the company which can be seen on every single negative review and I copied below! Laugh with me about the horrible customer service when this posts below my review…
This makes them look like they respond to negative feedback and want to do better. In reality they only cut and past the same excuse for not fulfilling their promises.
The "heavy order flow for Christmas and backlog of pending orders" were completely predictable in the holiday season. They failed to plan accordingly. They could have hired more people in help fulfill the orders (we have plenty of people looking for work,) they could have adjusted guaranteed delivery dates to be accurate and realistic or they could have chosen to only take as many orders as they could realistically fulfill. If they had said it was sold out I would have gone on to another site and gotten my gift in time for Christmas and never left such a crappy review!
I don't believe Paul K from their supposed "customer service" department. Their customer service is non existent.

I ordered a canvas print of a beautiful image I purchased from a seller on etsy. I purchased it with a proof, 30×40 inches, and with a white border. I got the proof I want to say less than 24 hours after submitting it. I received it a day early and the canvas is beautiful鈥搘ell packaged, perfectly printed, stunning. We're very happy with this canvas we got for only $58 including shipping. Much recommended, legit.

This company ships their merchandise out of Mumbai India – so be prepared for THAT insanity. I ordered 3 medium sized pictures. It's been over a month and still no pictures. They missed their deliver by date with No notice. When I called customer service they were dismissive, said they'd expedite aaand nothing. That was two weeks ago. Just order from a shutterfly and save yourself the stress.

I havent seen the HD metal print yet, so that may still be ok, but I spoke with their online chat support before ordering in November. I was guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas – its a gift, with an estimated delivery of Dec 14.

On Dec 21 they shipped it, and since its coming from India, FedEx says estimated delivery Jan 4. They do a pretty good job pretending to be a Canadian company. I dont mind buying from India, but I do hate being lied to.

You guys are way cheaper then my original choice which was cvs. So glad their website was bugging. If not i would of paid double for this same exact service. Every canvas I have ever ordered has been spot on what I have envisioned and wanted. The quality is surprising and the price is unbeatable. Thanks, canvas champ! My house looks awesome.

This is not my first time. I own an etsy shop, and I order many canvases a week. I love you site, it is very simple and easy to use. I would appreciate some coupons since I am such a frequent customer.
For people who don麓t know, if you make a size change to your canvas, the website doesn't change the pricing of that item. So you have to start all over again. I hope they fix this soon!

I ordered 9 canvases for an anniversary gift and was a little concerned that some of the photos that weren't quite as clear would show up as a little more blurry on the canvases due to the size increase. This however was not the case at all! They were all perfect and CanvasChamp even put a hard surface behind the canvases for support! I would and will, recommend their products to any and everyone I know! And this is coming from a person who is very picky when it comes to good quality.

What I don't like, You should be able to add all the canvas's you want with different pictures at once instead of one by one. It is not clear on your website that a proof is part of the process. I could not see the lyrics on top of the photo. I had to use the chat feature to understand the process. Please fix this! I give 5 stars because I receive a very nice quality!

My last order was a Huntington Beach Pier size 30X40 and When I received the canvas print, There were some small chips at the corner. I took some pictured and sent to company and after 2 days I receive one email from this company with a code discount for next order or if I want I can make this canvas free. I make other order with discount code and after 6 days I receive a nice canvas print. Thank you for all this!

I loved the easy way I could create my design… but then it took me almost 1 hour and endless tries to figure out how to get it into the darn cart. After all that I contact and I get help on the chat I was given poor instructions on how to do it. I still have a headache. Finally I change my browser and we complete in 5 minutes all order. This was 2 weeks ago, now I have my order and for this price I can say that are perfect!

Had problems with trying to upload a png to the canvas print maker. It would cut off random sections of the background and just display them white. Happened with multiple different files. I talk with someone from customer service and he help me out more than 30 minutes!

After all that I receive my canvas in 9 days and i love it. Thank you!

Requesting to make minor retouch on photo to remove light spot on upper right of the photo up above gentleman's head. Cheap pillow! Very awesome! I can have my pillow say many swear words its amazing. Easy to place my order and was able to use Amazon sign in, so no need to create a new account what for me was nice.

Called at 3:47 pm with a question I had from the web sight. Message said you were open until 4pm. I was then instructed to leave a message and phone number as no one was available to take my call. No one called back. This was Saturday and I needed to place order then to take advantage of 10% off expiring on Sunday. Monday would have been too late! They call me Monday and I get one coupon code 30% discount for all this and because is not my first order!
