Whoever owns this company ought to be ashamed of himself! TERRIBLE customer service! Having to give one star is FAR TO GENEROUS! Do not waste your money. If you are not happy with your order or don't receive it, they don't care!

I purchased with the "BUY1" ad for Christmas gifts and only rec'd 1 print. They responded 1 time stating that I only ordered 1. Never rec'd any responses from them since. I won't do business with them again and wouldn't advise anyone else in doing so either.

I ordered 2 canvas for them on a buy 1 get one free special.. Never got the free ones.. Replyed and tryed to contact the company and never even recived a reply form them.. nOT good business… Don't do it!!

I wish I could rate in the negative numbers!! This company is an absolute fraud! Im about to contact the CFPB. I ordered my canvases around September 19, 2017 and here it is October 30, 2017 and my order still isnt complete. I paid for 3 canvases 3 different pictures. Only one of the pictures was giving them trouble because of low resolution (so they say) and they contacted me right away to tell me to resend the picture. I did but when I called them to confirm whether or not the new picture was acceptable, I didnt get answer until after my 5th call to them. They dont return messages no matter how you leave them. So far Ive only received 1 of 3 canvases and the man that I spoke to got an attitude when I asked him about my free canvas that was supposed to be a part of their BOGO. Im sick to stomach to think that Ive been ripped off. BTW, they took my payment out almost immediately.

I am really pleased with the outcome of the 2 framed canvas. I was highly skeptical with the outcome of the products based on the initial reviews from the general public; however, I took a chance because the grand total was too minimal to lose sleep over it. In addition, I have written and contacted the company on multiple occasions with no response. Nonetheless, I am very happy and pleased with the picture quality. My word of advice is that if you are buying a big canvas, make sure the dimension of the picture compliments the frame/canvas. For instance, do not submit a small photo and expect the company to blow it up for you. As a consumer, we have to be reasonable with our request as well.

Never did any business with this company. I wanted to order 6 11×17 prints (one for each grandchild) and called them about the BOGO offer. So I called their customer service line – never got anyone to pick up the pone and answer.
So I decided to see if there were any reviews on line and there were. 5 somewhat positive but 7 negative reviews. Needless to say won't be ordering.

I ordered 2 canvas prints and only received one. The canvas is to light and blurry. I have tried calling several times and sending emails to get a refund and I get no response.

On 8/16/17 I wrote a disappointing review for Canvas Bold. I'm writing to make an amends. Although it was a month late, what I received today was more than I expected. I ordered a 40×40 print and I have to say, it's absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in awe, and have to say although their customer service is poor, and communication is questionable, if you can be patient, you'll get more than you expected. Even the packaging was superb, it had to have cost more than the print itself. Thank you Canvas Bold for coming through! You made my dream come true. I'm even willing to help you answer phone calls if it will help your business! :-))

I got my canvas print and it was bad bad quality so i called to customer service and ask for credit or refund and all he had to say to me that he is sorry and no way for refund……"amazing customer service"
I will never buy frome them agin!!!

The quality of the prints are not great to begin with but kinda worked for the price. Final straw was today. I placed my order May 9th was supposed to be received May 19th-May 23rd. Today is the 23rd and they haven't even printed it. They will only contact through Facebook messenger. I have never gotten them to answer the phone even though it says I'm first in line. They would not even do priority shipping because I hadn't paid for it.. idiotic customer service. I told them I am stopping payment with my bank and only then were they willing to print immediately and ship priority. They threw in there that this was being "blown out of proportion". I still have to paint on this canvas and my customer who is our ,military base's wing commander is expecting it next week… you tell me who is blowing what out of proportion. It's too late.. I notified my bank and ordered with another company. Go elsewhere.. it's worth the extra money!!!

Ordered 2 prints on April 5, 201yband the company said it would be delivered on April 18, 2017. Constantly tried to call their customer service line, must have called 10 times through out different times durning the day, and they do not answer their phones, part of there scam. April 18 I contacted them again VIA email and the finally responded basically telling me my photos were not high enough resololution, and to contact them VIA their customer service line. Well, my photos were huge files very large, and they do not answer their phone lines. I emailed them to refund my money, it is now May 4th and I have not seen any refund. I emailed them a very amgry email and my only response was, "waiting on billing department? No need for profanity." What does this even mean? I contacted my credit card today and reported fraud, trust me don't do your business here, they are theives and/or cannot perform. Guess you pay for what you get.

Long story short….ordered a specific size, paid (cc charged immediately), waited a week, got email saying needed to change size. I contacted Jesse (VERY condescending!) and said I needed the size requested not bigger. Jesse agreed to send out the bigger size AND refund my order, received item (was OK, couldn't use it) but received NO refund with NO replies to emails or voicemails. If you can't supply the item requested in ANY retail service, that I know of, you get reimbursed…PERIOD.

I can't speak to the world of customer service, because I didn't need any help – I'm not sure what the problem is with the other people and their negative review – like they never ordered anything online before. Back to the product – cheapest I could find when you factor in free fedex ground shipping and it arrived perfectly as I imagined.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed my first order with Canvas Bees or Canvas Bold on January 5, 2017. However, I never received any email confirmation that my order was placed. I called them on January 20, 2017 to confirm my order, and the customer service rep Jessie was very rude from the start of our conversation. First of all, he said they sent me an email 2 days after I placed my order telling me that my order could not be completed. Yet I did not receive any emails, also checked my spam folder. He said my order could not be completed for the size canvas I wanted. I began to ask questions as to what the dimensions need to be for the size canvas I wanted and he was rude and kept giving me misinformation. I tried to nicely give him an example in the past of what Walgreens does when I have had this issue with an canvas and he said, "Well this isn't Walgreens." He then said he was going to cancel my order without me even asking to cancel my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said they are a very small operation, and there is no manager to speak to. I'm assuming he is the owner of the company. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they already charged my card before the order was even processed and shipped. Very bad business!!

This is a follow up to my previous review. I finally spoke with the person I spoke to last week after multiple calls and emails with no response. He told me he did reply after I sent him photos and that I did not qualify for a refund. I received no email or call. Once again he said the back of the canvas won't be seen when it's up on the wall. So much for customer satisfaction and courteous service. He did say something about my review! I would have removed my review had someone expressed an interest in customer satisfaction.

Sure the prints are inexpensive. That's because the customer service is terrible and they don't even attempt to correct any issues. You just get an apology and no other attempt to correct any issues.

I was hesitant to order all of my pieces at once given the cost (significantly less than every one of your competitors). I ordered 1 full set (which is 6 – 18" x 18" canvases) and they came in totally above my expectations in quality! That drove me to order the balance of the 5 sets and we love the outcome! Quick ordering, Quick delivery, Great price – thanks all around!!!

I used to work in an art gallery, and I worked for an independent company that made canvases so I understand the process. I also know it can be pricey. But it doesn't have to be. This company makes it incredibly affordable, but still a product you want on your walls. In fact, when I contacted them about a printing error (that was NOT their fault), they immediately emailed back to rectify it for me anyway! Definitely worth checking out this company and ordering a few canvases. Or twenty.
