This company sells a growth hair products yet are reluctant to give you a true refund if you accidently order something from them like amazon or ebay they won'tt give you a full refund even if they haven't sent it? or they give you a partial refund an then when you order they will give a part of the order not th e whole package an will charge you also they add stuff to your order that you didn't buy an charge you for it i've heard of online scam but thats ridiculous then they claim the postal service lost it so you might wanna file a claim i'm sure that does happen. But it doesn't explain the package of one product showing up an not the othe other for godsakes they were sent together? packaged as one

I didn't want to give them any stars, but I guess we have too in order to write a review. This "business" is horrible. They took my money and never shipped my product. I ordered March 16th and my stuff still has not shipped or even attempt to be shipped (according to the tracking number that I was given). I sent emails, direct messages, I even tried to call the number from their "business" that is on my bank statements, but nothing worked and I haven't heard from anyone. I've reported them several times on Instagram, and left scam alert comments on as many post of theirs that I could until they reported me (lol). I called my bank, i didn't bother to dispute because I don't want my bank paying for something that someone else did. BUT I did have them block them that way they won't try to pull more money from my account. I hope word spreads fast about the scam artist crooks!

**UPDATE** the company finally sent my product out (maybe because I've been putting them on blast) but regardless of the outcome with this product, I will never ever order from them again. I still do believe this company is a scam.

Buyer's beware!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company has a pattern of not shipping their customers orders. I placed two orders for hair products on December 27, 2019 and today is January 27, 2020, and I have yet to receive my orders. I literally had to involve my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. They've given me a temporary credit, but the dispute is still open. I logged onto the BBB website to report this problem, and what do you know there are several complaints about this company. It's so many that when you input the companies name an "ALERT" pops up on the BBB website to warn consumers about this company.
