Money taken, delivery not made, no response to numerous emails, no engagement via their FB page, many other customers clearly facing the same issue.

Happily took my money, limited contact at first then nothing. No contact or delivery of goods.
DO NOT USE!

Ordered goods and they haven鈥檛 arrived. I have emailed twice and heard nothing back. The order has been 鈥減ending鈥?for 5 weeks. Do not buy from this site. No other contact details available

This is the worst service ever. I have ordered a parcel that i ve never received. Obviously money is gone and no answers from customer service. No numbers either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….. ITS A SCAM!
They take your money – this is the only promise! You will NEVER receive your picture!
Please stop advertising this so called business! Facebook advertising needs to be taken down!

Placed order 26 th March, goods still not received. I have emailed twice for delivery details and had no reply. I suspect this is yet another scam website. Stay well clear.

I have not received the item I ordered. Tracking showed that it was returned to sender. When I contacted Canvany I was told my address was incomplete, despite this clearly not being the case. Nonetheless I did as asked and still having heard nothing emailed again, only to receive the same response. Fustrating to say the least. I shall amend this review if Canvany actually deliver what I ordered but at this moment in time it appears to be woeful inefficiency at best, at worst a scam. My hard-earned advice … stay the hell away from them.

Do not buy they are a scan. Havnt received purchase or refund. Same exscuse check tracker.

They are not able to refund my money. They tell me time after time that the package was returned due to faulty address. Even if I repeat the, from the start correct original address, they just do not sent the package to me, neither do they return my money… A very bad experience that I can not recommend.. Their products looks fine on the web, but the company can not, in a sufficient way, handle mistakes..
