Canvas Print Factory

This canvas was incorrectly printed. Was for a bridal shower and clearly can be seen before packaging that something is wrong. No one reaches out to me to request anything about this order until after I received in the mail and sent a complaint. Still waiting on this issue to be resolved

Expedited shipping did not happen. Order took a week longer than promised. Had to call several times to make sure order was released into production. Never offered refund or discount on expedited shipping fee of $59.

My order got lost, I called and the gentleman found the unfinished order and due to the delay deducted the cost of shipping. I was pleased with that and the finished product. Thanks

Print was cropped incorrectly. I鈥檝e recd an email from art department about a reprint. I asked them for an updated proof, based on changed needs but have not heard back.

Every step is very easy. The ordering system is set up so that you can create exactly what you want. The prints come out a good representation of what you created. Even my several decade old prints come out looking great. This is my second order because I was very pleased with the first. And the price is excellent.

My order was messed up and I cannot reach anyone to get it corrected. The first of 3 pictures I ordered did not come framed. The second two pictures were perfect!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE! FIRST OF ALL IT IS NOT CANVAS! THE IMAGE IT IS NOT ON THE RIGHT PLACE AS IT WAS UPLOADED! WHITE LINES ON THE EDGES! NO COMMUNICATION! WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!

Will not do business with this company ever! terrible quality, the print it is not stretched , customers service very bad no answer after two email! And I don't know why its called canvas because they printing on cheap plastic vinyl, whatever its called , definitely not canvas… Do not do business with this Company ??? Not recommend…!!!

Usually I order my canvases from this vendor, but recently I ordered a couple items to display for my photography showcase, and got a $60 1-2 business day shipping purchase. Sadly my items were placed as a 5-7 today order and I was still charged $60. Not only did I not receive my order but I鈥檝e yet to receive a refund for my order. Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. I鈥檒l be sure to check out other vendors as I missed a pivotal opportunity due to this.

Everything is what i was hoping for.

Disappointed in the 2 canvases i ordered. I have ordered through you guys before and the canvas was great. This time it was like the printer was running out of ink or something. Canvas material is visible. You can hardly see anything on the other canvas. Just disappointed.

ordered 2 pictures one was perfect second one is worthless. l should have been advised that it would not reproduce adequately.

Experience with the company has always been good until now. The ordering produce is good however they no longer notify whether the quality of print will be good or not depending on resolution.
