Just received a big order from CanvasNDecor. Oh my! They worked with me on converting a photo I took into a split canvas for above our bed. It was taken on the Firehole River in Yellowstone National Park during a pandemic-inspired trip mid-October. They also worked with me on how I wanted the canvas split. Received it yesterday, and it is truly awesome. Colors and detail are perfect. These folks deliver above and beyond what you will expect!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Canvases came unmounted. Product is thin and bland. Not beautiful vibrant colors as shown in pictures. Customer service refuses to help and stopped an aswering my emails bf resolved. Product comes from China

I ordered a canvas but I didn't realize I selected without frame. I called and asked to return it to be framed. I was told they don't except returns because I made a mistake. I will never order anything from this place again!

It is hard to accurately put into words just how horrible this business is.

On July 1st, I placed three orders for a total of 16 canvas prints. I finally received the prints a whole month later (early August). Two thirds of all prints were printed incorrectly. Numerous prints were physically damaged (clearly done before they were packaged). Out of the 16 prints, only 3 were printed correctly and undamaged. The prints themselves are of mediocre (at best) quality.

Dealing with their customer services has been nothing but an endless headache. They are polite, but utterly incompetent and clearly do not care. Empty promises after empty promises, excuses after excuses, and nothing to show for it.

It is now the last day of August – two months since the orders were made. I have less than half of the prints I paid for, and the latest replacement to arrive (just minutes ago) is physically damaged worse than the print it is replacing.

The people in this business do not care. They will waste your time, will ignore your emails, and will give you an endless run-around while blaming all of their mistakes and clear incompetence on the latest scapegoat ("COVID-19") of the day.

Avoid at all costs!

Fast response when contacted and fast delivery once production finished. Took a bit longer to receive (21 days) than website says (5-7 business days) but maybe website is not updated with COVID delays. Final product looked great. I would recommend and buy from them again.

Yesterday I received my order placed with Canvas n Decore. The first thing I noticed was how well the shipment was packed. When I unwrapped my 3 metal prints, I was in awe. They were perfect, and everything that I hoped they would be. I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with the care, quality and final product I received fro Canvas n Decore. I will be promoting and recommending Canvas n Decore to everyone by informing them where I had the metal prints made. I will definitely be using Canvas n Decore in my future metal printing needs.

Great site. Easy to use. You can see the canvas image prior to completion. Quality of product is excellent. This is our third time ordering. Highly recommended. Will order again in the future.

For some reason, the site seems to have problems with Chrome – kept getting a message that the cart was empty. Using Firefox though, it was a pleasure to use. I just had to cheat a bit on the billing address, since the site only accepts Canada as the country. Not a problem though, since Paypal worked without any issues for paying.

Very prompt response time and easy to navigate website. The prints were very high quality and I was very impressed with the stretcher frames.
My only issue was my shipping address was incorrect, however customer service handled it right away and the shipment came very quickly. Thank you!

Delivery was quite late, but otherwise a great product! Just as promised. It made a wonderful Mother's Day gift.

Simple and efficient web site layout and navigation – easy to visualize my product. Only improvement would be a Comment field to add any special instructions.

I am so impressed with the canvas I ordered, and the free 8×8 metal picture that came along with the promotion. You can tell they take great pride and care in their work. This is 100% a professionally made product. It is sturdy, looks great, and it was wrapped with great care. I will absolutely without a doubt order another in the future.

We are VERY happy with our picture! It turned out even better than what we had hoped for. The colours are true to the originals and there is no distortion considering we ordered such a large custom print (54' x 36).

We will definitely use Canvas n' Decor again, and recommend them to our friends and family.
