I purchased a cannon printer and what a load of junk id of been better of buying a car with 2 wheels missing its connects to the WiFi then disconnects then it won't connect again

Dreadful non-service from Canon UK Store – ordered a camera and kit worth over 拢1500.00 – it was faulty, sent it back and it took them four months to refund my money – I sent it back to Northampton, next day they sent it to Germany, the day after that, they returned it to London – why? Who knows! Never again will I buy anything from this useless excuse of a store. Their customer service employees – hadn't got a clue and couldn't even string an email together – they made no sense and contradicted themselves. Bought my equipment elsewhere and thank goodness I did. Got it cheaper and with excellent customer service AND a three year warranty with a UK company. So glad I went elsewhere!!

4 weeks to pick up a printer for return and refund.
Had to contact the CEO as customer care are not doing their jobs. Not happy

I bought a PIXMA TS705 printer, printed around 10 sheets of A4 black and white and one A4 colour print. The ink is now saying 'low' and I need to spend at least 拢50 on new ink cartridges! This is because it says online the ink is 'setup ink'. So there's a tiny amount of ink in the printer you purchase, and you have to buy new cartridges if you want to actually print more than 11 printouts. This is a scam and I've contacted Customer Support and given a reference number (but of course no one has got back to me. I'm now contacting The Ombudsman. When I received the printer, one of the ink cartridges was missing and I had to pester them for 3 weeks before they put one in the post to me. What a %拢$& company.

Avoid like Covid!!! Buy another brand!
My printer wouldn't work after installing new cartridges. Advised to get printer checked. Cause their faulty colour cartridge. Canon's answer . . no refund for printer postage to find their fault (my cost 拢17) – beware customer pays postage! Even when they cause the fault!!
Advised to buy a new colour cartridge and send faulty one back for refund (my cost 拢30). Told me wrong – return multi pack with paper (potential cost another 拢53!). Had I been told correctly I would have bought the multi pack instead of just a colour cartridge! No postage refunds either for any of these extra, sneaky costs!
Poor customer service from an appalling company!!!

I have bought 2 x items from Canon over the past few years through Currys' retail stores. Both times with a promise of 拢50.00 cashback. Trying to actually get the cashback is like trying to get blood from a stone, don't suck people in with offers that you neglect to uphold after 6 months.

One of the very worst customer care experiences I've ever had. Ordered printer ink from the official store (not a mistake I'll repeat) almost two weeks ago and, despite one helpful returned telephone call, no nearer to receiving what I paid for. I fully appreciate the issues caused by Covid 19, but it's not really the delay that's the issue, it's the complete lack of information, and utter indifference for my request for some. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a canon Pixma G 7050 printer from the canon store on Saturday 20/06/20.
It was delivered on Wednesday 24/06/20.
The box looked as if it had been around the world,when i opened it the styrene blocks which the protects the printer were broken, which could only have happened if the printer had been removed.
The Cyan ink bottle was missing.
I registered a complaint, there was no one from canon i could speak to i was connected to a call center,where i gave the nature of my complaint.
This is where the "Crap", started, any decent company would have arranged for it to be collected and returned for inspection.
Instead i was asked different times,
1.send photos of the damage
2.Send a photo of the serial number and printer
3.Send a photo of the box
I made a total of six telephone calls being put through to different call center's each time.
Never buy anything from the Canon Store,they are a bunch of crooks.
There is no such thing as customer Service, one dosen't exist.
At the time of writing this i still have not heard anything from canon.

Having had to return a printer back to Canon for a refund, you'd think it would be quick and easy? No!
I returned the printer to their warehouse (Milton Keynes) the money would be refunded within 10-15 working days. after waiting 19 days (13 of which were working days) I enquired and I'm now told the refund time frame starts when the printer is received back in the Netherlands, not while its in the UK (nobody told me that), its taken 12 days to get from MK to the Netherlands, the refund process starts on the 22nd – when they received it – so, I might not get the refund until the 10th July the latest – nearly a whole month!!

Recently bought Canon printer. Ordered ink from Canon directly which was the cheapest place for the XL ones (hopefully bundles back in stock soon as would be even cheaper), still expensive but free delivery and very fast to arrive, especially with everything going on. Thank you.

Bought a canon printer few months back. Still can鈥檛 set up the damn thing. Even the canon service have failed after multiple phone calls..they keep sending mails with suggestions which doesn鈥檛 work…

I am unfortunate enough to own a Cannon printer. It fiddles and faffs about. It whirrs and burbles. EVENTUALLY it may even print a document. I object to its rip off ink prices but more I object to the lies it tells about ink. I normally buy discount ink which prints fine even if the printer LIES and tells you the cartridge is empty when it is not. Yesterday I could not buy a cheaper cartridge as Wilco was sold out so had to pay double the price for a Cannon XL unit. At double the price that cartridge printed LESS than the cheaper version. CANNON ? Only Cannon can't !
