Called to get my Cannon cooker repaired.

After being passed around the houses I spoke to a salesman who offered to send out an engineer for 拢125 + parts, or for me to pay 拢17.49 /month for service/repair 12 month plan (~拢210). When I declined both (pending other quotes) he said a local engineer will charge more and refer me to them anyway so don't bother. He then tried to book an engineer in anyway and for me to cancel, which I refused, so he offered to sell me a new cooker, which I refused and he hung up on me.
