Unhelpful, bad mannered and slow to answer emails.
I placed an order and it stated 2-3days for delivery. By day 5 I had to (politely) contact them to find out where my order was.
Their response was very rudely composed. It turns out one of the items I ordered was out of stock, contradicting the "In Stock" label on the website might I add, and they were waiting for a delivery.
Seriously? They didn't think to inform me of this?

Secondly after closed my account I started to receive a lot of emails with offers from themselves and other companies affiliated with them.
When I ask why this was in a carefully written email with the intention to prosecute unless they ceased they responded that it was in error and I have been removed from their mailing lists.
A few days after that I began to receive spam emails so it is my belief they sell your details to marketing companies.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.
